Helix Mobile Wellness And Research

I Am Very Unimpressed

I am a physician and I thought I’d give Helix Mobile Wellness And Research a try at managing my low testosterone.

To my surprise they have NATUROPATHIC physicians managing patient care.

I held back judgment and gave the provider the benefit of the doubt however I’ve come to believe, based on their judgment regarding dosing of testosterone and other recommendations that these providers don’t know what they’re doing.

In addition they are chronically late sending supplies leaving me without medicine for weeks and the last phlebotomist stuck me 7 times to get blood needed for testing.

I am very unimpressed and going to a local “in person” operation.

For the prices they are charging you would expect better more competent service.

  1. Great experience so far!

Ive had a great experience so far. The Helix team is always available and responsive. All my questions are answered immediately and treatment is delivered quickly. On top of all that I’ve received discounts from Helix MWR. Nothing but a positive experience!

  2. On going care

The staff are very attentive and eager to work with me on getting the results I am looking for.

  3. Great for Menopause

I have had only good experiences with Helix. First time in 20 years that I am free of all my symptoms. I was paying thousand of dollars for blood work at my doctor’s office. Helix doesn’t even charge you unless someone comes out to your house. I was also paying $300-500 per month for my HRT. For me, Helix is way cheaper, much more experienced on your needs based on bloodwork results, and ALL of my prescriptions have come with detailed instructions. I found a doctor at Helix that is in tune with my needs so I always request appointments with her. I’m glad I tried it for myself and didn’t read any of these negative reviews.

  4. An enjoyable new experience

I have enjoyed working with the MWR Crew. They have been friendly, informative and quickly responsive I’ve received discounts from MWR

  5. Worthless

I can’t say I ever got any positive results from this Helix system ,
All I ended up with after a couple years of this was a Swollen Prostate of which my medical doctor said Helix was the cause .
All this about $9000 later .
    Just a bad experiment.
    Not recommended .

  6. 100% Positive Experience over the last four months

*Disclosure: I do not work for Helix MWR – I am a real patient. Patients are eligible to receive a discount for writing reviews but they do not incentive positive reviews over negative reviews. This series of reviews represents my very real experience with the company and my honest opinion of their services. If you’re interested, please find and read the entire series (currently 11 and counting) as they build on each other and I cover a separate topic in each review.

I see a lot of negative reviews on this site so I wanted to chime in to say that my personal experience has been wonderful. I’ve been using HELIX MWR for months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about the company and their staff. They’ve always been incredibly helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgable.

Their service is convenient and I haven’t had to leave my house, fight traffic, deal with parking, or sit in waiting rooms once. They sent a phlebotomist to my house to draw my blood for labs, a doctor called to discuss my results and plan a treatment protocol, and a nurse came to my home to show me how to dose and administer my medications. If I have any questions, they offer 24/7 concierge service and they’ve always replied to me in a timely manner with a competent answer.

My medicine shows up on time every 3 months and I’ve had no issues with my shipments. Everything they’re prescribing is 100% legal and based on your physician’s recommendations, but I do a ton of my own personal research to make sure the protocol is what’s medically indicated and everything I’ve been prescribed is consistent with what I’ve read. I would also say that my physician seemed really interested in my health, well-being, and continued fertility and was more concerned about those things than selling me unnecessary add-ons. So they’ve definitely earned my trust.

I can’t say enough about how smooth the entire process has been. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering TRT.

  7. So, this is fraudulent at best.

So, they claim to sell a service. But, they provide no product. They tell you need blood tests. They charge you for them. But, then charge you for the service and deliver no product. How is this legal? Any lawyer who wants this can keep most of the money. I just think this needs to be stopped. It is dishonest. It is fraudulent at best.

  8. SCAM

give you illegal drugs with no guidance and charge you monthly for it

  9. So far, so good

So far so good. It was pretty easy to schedule which was a plus. The young lady who drew my blood was inexperienced but very pleasant. My results came quickly and my prescription arrived quickly. Pleased thus far. Only about a month in.

    1. An enjoyable new experience

I have enjoyed working with the
Crew. They have been friendly, informative and quickly responsive I’ve received discounts from MWR. It’s only been three months and I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet. I will give it another 3 months and possibly adjust the meds.

  10. No problems here

I have nothing but good things to say about Helix. I don’t know why there are some bad reviews but now a days people will give one star or yell scam to just about anything so I don’t pay attention to a couple of bad reviews. All least from my experience it has been nothing but pleasant. You know what your levels are and you are treat accordingly. Best part is that everything is mobile and I don’t have to drive in traffic. Simply great!

  11. My experience

I don’t know why people are having a bad experience with Helix. I have had a great experience so far. You get what you paid for, if you want cheaper meds you can get them on the streets which is way less creditable than actual doctors and you don’t even know what you’re taking and how your levels are. Customer service is great and so are the medical professionals. The meds have helped me as well. If you actually want quality medications go with Helix.

  12. God I am pissed I allowed myself to get sucked into this crap!

Save your money, run for the hills…..Helix is what is wrong with TRT. The only positive was the concierge blood draw, and that was even sketchy. I don’t even know where to start with this company, but I have nothing good to say about it. If you like throwing your money out the window and watching it blow away, go ahead and join.

Getting lab results takes 10 days, then my script never made it to the pharmacy (delaying my care even longer), then when it arrived there were no syringes to give myself intramuscular shots, only insulin syringes for subq shots. When I reached out and asked for bigger needles I was told that this is what their patients like and if I want to get bigger ones then I need to order them myself.

First off, why do other patients experiences affect what I get? AND I pay how much a month for you to do NOTHING, only to be told that I have to buy them myself. WOW!!! Lesson learned, I am out. Now I am just pissed I wasted probably over a grand with this company and got little to no customer service and months of paying $250/month for fun……literally, you pay that monthly regardless of whether they are doing anything for you or not. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! Go to your doc, use your insurance.

Stay away from companies like Helix that make you pay monthly regardless of any service provided. God I am pissed I allowed myself to get sucked into this crap!

  13. Bad Service

I was doing all the right stuff ( Eating, working out) with minimal resaults. Since I’ve started with Helix I have found that my resaults are rapid and noticeable.

  14. Long story long this was a very bad experience..

Not a fan, I have $400 worth of meds and no clue what they are for but I have cancelled my service. The blood drawer came to my home, explained I had to register somehow before he could draw my blood, but didn’t know that website for the company.

I even asked him if this was a real company? The dr called a few weeks later (we had made an apt time via text) and she spoke at me for an hour, explaining so much, she asked me pointed questions after her speal that changed her advice for me. All of this after my blood results came back in all normal ranges?

They sent me meds to the wrong address so it took a month to receive them, while I was waiting to receive them I kept getting text from the person who is supposed to come over and explain your meds to you..she texted me at 11pm?! Lastly when I called to cancel my subscription, they said I needed to pay a $500 cancellation fee.

When I went through my experience with the owner he offered to give me my money back. Three days later I was charged another $400. I had to go to my bank and claim it as fraud (5 phone calls, an affidavit). Long story long this was a very bad experience..

  15. Hope this stops someone else from getting robbed.

Got off to a slow start, finally got my meds, started taking them as directed until I got a rash and was instructed to stop. Never finished my first bottle and realized I had already spent over $1000.00.

Felt like I had paid for an all you can eat meal , however no one brought me the second plate. They seems perfectly ok when I cancelled and didn’t even ask why. Hope this stops someone else from getting robbed.
