Goodview Realty & Financial
Unprofessional And Unethical TacticsThis review is based on perspective of a home buyer and Goodview Realty & Financial being represented as Seller’s agent was Marylyn.
Buying a home is an emotional process for most and working with Goodview turned out to be a negative one for us.
Our home buying experience was turned very sour with unprofessional and unethical tactics used by them to complete the transaction.
Our real estate agent was frustrated with how he had to work her and the company.
Even the seller complained about working with Goodview to our buying agent the first time he went to view the home.
We loved the house and just focused on getting it instead of putting to much attention to their ongoing demands every single day.
My tip when working with Goodview will be to not trust their word like professionals prefer to work in this industry but get everything confirmed via a contract early on else it will come back and bite you.
At the end, we did get the home and that’s why I left the 2 stars, but the journey turned out to have a bad taste to it.
Please beware when you see Goodview Realty representing you or the other side of business transaction.
We have all experienced way better and nicer….and you will not see it here…atleast with the person who was involved in our transaction.
