I run a small business in London. My company was doing well until I decided to take help from Frank investment London to scale my business after COVID. Technically, we were doing well even when the pandemic was at its peak. This experience gave me the confidence to grow my business further.

Hence, I planned the entire process; all I needed was the money to act on it. Therefore, I contacted Frank investment London. However, from there, it went all downhill. And I have all the reasons to believe that the entire campaign failed because of this company that talks highly of itself.

I spoke with Paul from Frank Investment London for some advice on how to raise money for scaling my business. He was pretty much detailed about the things he would need to find out how much I could raise for my further plans. He asked me to share the plans and the company’s portfolio with our profits over the last three years.

Paul told me about the various challenges these procedures endure along with the ways to fight those. To be candid, I was impressed initially and felt that the guy knew a lot about how these things work. I was convinced that the guy had enough experience assisting companies like mine.

So, without hesitation, I shared crucial details of my company with the plan I designed, working for weeks. It took just a few seconds to email those documents to him. However, he did not reply. As promised, I waited for him for a week to come up with his ideas to help me raise money.

After the week ended, I waited for another two days for a reply and finally dialed his number. He did not answer. So, I waited for a few hours to make the call again. To my shock, he did not respond and did not bother to call back the same day.

Instead, he left me a message the next day that he would be calling me in a few days as he was stuck with some work. He also messaged me to complete a few formalities before he could offer me any help.

And that also included a fee. It was insane. Not because he asked me for the price, but because he informed me about that through a message. Hilarious in a scary way, though.

I completed the formalities and waited for his call. He did call after another week of waiting. And told me that my profile and business acumen was still limited to taking that kind of decision, especially when the market was progressing toward recession.

That was my boiling point. But I did not lose my calm and asked for other alternatives. He said he would only be able to help me if I agreed to hold on for a few more months. He did not give me an exact waiting period.

Also, he said that the money I paid would stay with him for that time until he could decide the various ways to raise funds for my business. It did not sound legitimate. So, I asked for a refund.

Which he did not deny. Instead, he promised that he would initiate the refund process soon. And asked me to call back if I did not get my refund in the next two days. It has been over a month, and I am constantly calling this guy with no response. He won’t answer my calls, keeps disconnecting, and won’t refund my money either.

This is a huge mistake I made. Worse, I keep getting calls from his marketing team asking me to utilize other services, such as investment plans. This is frustrating and very unprofessional. I am going to report this company if they soon do not offer me a resolution to this mess.

I would never recommend this company to anyone and suggest everyone avoid these fraudsters.
