DTopp Marketing LLC is an online reputation management company that scams innocent clients like me. I have been scammed out of 4500 USD. I trusted them time and again and they cheated me every time. They provide 90 days of money back guarantee period if the reviews or links have not been deleted or suppressed respectively. This is where I got trapped and trusted them and paid via the wire transfer which cannot be reversed.
I waited for the 90 days’ period and nothing was done. One link did get successfully suppressed because of the client’s popularity in the industry. Because of the positive press from other medias the link got supressed. DTopp got the credit of suppression which wasn’t the case at all. However, I had no issue as even the client paid to me. I have had couple of other order with them and they were never successfully suppressed by the time period they mentioned.
I asked them for the refund. They advised me to fill the form. I did the same and they said that the refund will be done within 15 days of form filling. This is pure scam. They never take payment via credit card since we can easily charge back the same if the description of the services does not meet the criteria.
David Topping is a convicted criminal. His company visualizes the fake reviews. They hire fake reviews from the website like fiverr and freelancer. I pleaded them many times for the refund. They told me that they are sending me the check which was never received on the address I provided them.

On yelp, there are many people who have reported that Dtopp aka David Topping scammed them out. No one would file for the lawsuit because it costs way more than what they paid to David. They are leveraging on this and scamming everyone out. I am going to spread this report to couple of other platforms to make sure no one get scammed by Dtopp Marketing LLC. I am looking for the refund of my 4500 USD at the address provided. They will know me as soon as they will read my email. Young Kids Idolizing Wolf of Wallstreet
David Topping is a young millennial trying to pay his rent through a simple hustle. Naming a company DTopp after yourself does seem quite egotistical, but after viewing his picture on Linkedin it all made sense. Frail little man looking to make his daddy proud by any means necessary. I’d like to set up a kickstarter campaign in his name to get him a few months of his rent paid off, and maybe a sweet card that says “Atta boy kid, ya did it!”
Only lost a couple thousand dollars. Willing to grab my pitch fork and join this angry mob, but whats the point.

This is a complete scam. Their 90 days guarantee doesn’t work and they stop answering emails completely after 60 days.

I dealt with Dillon Aldrich as well. He was emailing and calling me four or five times a week. I committed and paid nearly $1,000 for the surpression of one link. He mentioned the 90 day guarantee. It’s been 90 days and there’s been no suppression. He will not return the numerous emails I’ve sent him or voice mails I’ve left.
I’m willing to join the law suit as well.

I’ve been trying for a few months to get a hold of a live person in order to get a refund and nada. It’s like they disappeared and won’t answer the phone or emails.
I guess once a con artist, always a con artist.

Not sure about the fuss but my agency has used DTOPP since 2017 and hasn’t had any issues. No, they were not successful for every single order but I would say they were successful with 9 out of every 10. We are very happy with their services and still use them.

Lawsuit
I am the owner of an electrical contracting business with experience in bringing fraudulent companies like this to justice. We had the owners of a like-company sent to prison for 4-6 years with restitution due when they are released. Don't trust them
The company only takes checks. That should have been the first clue as theres no recourse to take action. I’ve emailed and completed the paperwork to receive a refund. Crickets

Scammer Alert
I have paid $560 to have 4 fake reviews deleted. It has been 90 days and still nothing and no one to get a hold of. Just finding out this kid is a scammer. I googled his arrest record in NC and he is still in probation. Report this punk so he doesn’t scam any more hard working business owners. His full names are David Alan Topping, born in 02/21/1995, he is a convicted felon who apparently hasn’t learned his lesson. Do him a favor and send him back to prison for violating his probation. He was convicted in 10/04/2017 and has a 60 month probation term. His probation officer is in District 5 unit K. You can look him up on North Carolina Department of Public Safety Offender Public Information and report him.
I don’t want to waste more money by suing this punk, but we can still get justice.
