Dr. Raj Barr-Kumar

Beware of Dr. Raj Barr-Kumar.   He and his brother Raj Mahadevan were involved in an investment scam attempting to defraud investors of over $10,000,000.  They claimed they paid $1,380,000 for the land in Panama, when records show they only paid $350,000.  Raj Barr (taking out Dr. because he doesn’t deserve that distinction) exploited his position as a former president of AIA to lend credibility to the scam.  Raj Barr provided phony blueprints for the project.  They also submitted phony appraisal reports claiming the land is now worth $10,000,000.   For details, go here:

Raj Barr is an embarrassment and disgrace to his profession and to the AIA.  If you ask him about this posting, he will claim that we are trying to extort money from him and his brother.  THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE.  We want to prevent others from becoming victims in their fraudulent investment scheme.

Do not trust these con artists.  They will take your money and leave you laughing all the way to the bank.  If you or anyone you know are victims of their investment scam(s), please go to the local police, IC3 and the FBI.  These con artists need to be locked up and put behind bars.
