Dr. Nelson John
Manager Is HorribleAlthough Dr. Nelson John’s delicate, the lady manager is terrible, she came in and yelled at me as I inquired why they were running an hour late.
They kept trying to get $150 from me. I continued to state that my co-pay was $50. When I told her to call my Ins company for more information, she was furious.
I’ll pay if they ask me. It’s a surprise that Dr. Nelson didn’t say anything about the lady. That didn’t happen.
She seems to be all about giving clients a severe attack. They should name her the shark lady.
Employees told me that she lingers at the door listening to private conversations… then moves on to them, or, in my case, just came in and started screaming at me.
You can also see her looking out from the corners, with an angry expression on her face.
It’s fantastic that his clients don’t die from the stress of dealing with Mrs. Shark Lady. It would help if you also were careful with your billing.
They even told me that they had the only blood draws in town that would function. It was also a lie.
Instead of looking at my heart, I feel more interested in looking at my wallet.
This was the worse experience EVER.
If there were a negative star, I would choose it. This was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff let me in at the last minute. My appointment was at 2:45. They didn’t arrive until 5 when I informed them that I needed to be at the hospital by 4.
While I was still there, the doctor took notes with his assistant. The doctor instructed the front desk to take me in for an echo the next day, even if they had to double-book. So the appointment was made for Wednesday at 5 pm.
I called them first thing Thursday morning to cancel and request a reschedule. They refused to believe that I had 24 hours. Okay, so I made arrangements and kept my five o’clock.
They called me about an hour later and asked if they could have me in at 3:30. I said no. They asked me if I was able to come in at 3:00 pm. I said no. They ask me if I can come in before 3 to be finished in time to pick up my child from school.
He has made an enormous improvement to my husband's cardiac health and we are very grateful.
Nelson is a caring, concerned doctor who spends time with his patients. This is a rare quality these days. He is also present for nuclear stress testing when other doctors leave it to technicians. We are grateful for his tremendous improvement in my husband’s heart health.
