Dr. Makam Ravi
Completely Unprofessional OfficeCompletely unprofessional office. The carpet is dirty and walls are covered with scraps of paper that seem to contain information that patients shouldn’t be seeing.
I had to wait an hour for my first appointment. Only after speaking up about needing to make it to work did they whisk me into the room.
Dr. Makam Ravi wanted me to take tests, which I couldn’t do because — silly me — I had only alloted 90 minutes for the doctor’s appointment.
They rescheduled my tests for another day — first thing in the morning — so that I could be the first one to use the equipment.
But then the guy who was the only one who could operate the equipment wasn’t there because “sometimes he gets held up”.
I can envision two scenarios: Either he didn’t know he had a 9am appointment, or this office employs somebody who has an inability to be punctual.
In the meantime, the assistants were all whispering and walking around in circles because they didn’t know what to do with me.
I end with this question: how is it possible that the first appointment of the day still ends up being delayed?
