The Worst Customer ServiceRicardo Moreno is a joke! Hands down, the worst customer service I experienced ever, I went there today to ask him a few questions about immigration and was quickly turned down by my questions.
When I asked him about the I-94 he had no clue what I was talking about.
This place has been here for years and I thought they had credibility established regarding this issue, but when I came to my sense’s is that if you’re not from Latin/hispanic decent then you will be looked down and discriminated against.
I feel like filing a complaint and whistleblowing these guys because I feel they are condoning unethical practices.
On the other hand, What a waste of time, I hope for a devine miracle that justice will be served against him.
WARNING-if you’re not Hispanic don’t bother coming here. WORST! Customer service ever and only cares about money!
Great guy who does NOT discriminate!
20 years ago, I had my taxes done and owed the IRS $1000. Richard told me to come to his office and see if he could improve on that. Richard got me a $1000 return. Been using him ever since. Great guy who does NOT discriminate!
