CU Members Mortgage
The Entire Process Was Mostly StressfulSorry guys. My clients went to Kitsap Credit Union to apply for a mortgage loan and was sent to these people.
We ended up closing 6 weeks late due to many setbacks that had nothing to do with my clients vigilance.
They originally applied for an FHA Loan but after so much time had passed CU Members requested they change to conventional because the appraisers were “more likely to get out there in a timely manner.”
Mind you….this was after it was already supposed to close. So they went conventional and still the process was nothing close to efficient.
The Sellers were trying to close on another home contingent upon the sell of this one, so the domino affect was not positive and the entire process was mostly stressful for my clients as well as the listing agents.
In the end the manger had to step in to get things rolling and closed.
Better late than never I guess. Also, my clients tried to switch after we saw the way things were not progressing but by then the interest rates had gone up so they were more or less stuck.
Good luck, I’d love to see them get it together as I don’t like to see anyone lose a business or job.
Loan team is hard working and good communicators.
Loan team is hard working and good communicators. We had a unique closing and they made it happen on time. Highly recommend.
This is by far the worst lender I have ever dealt with.
This is by far the worst lender I have ever dealt with. My husband and I are veterans and they screwed us over in every way possible. A “30 day escrow” turned into 70 days. They never return your calls and never let you in the loop about what’s going on with your money.
We received 4 calls total in the near three months they screwed us over. I wish I could give them less than a one star review. They are a pathetic excuse for a “VA lender”. They know NOTHING about the military and if you are guard, they will deny your loan no matter how much money you make on the outside.
I don't like to see anyone lose a business or job.
