I used Credit Glory Credit Repair for 4 months, and one collection from one bureau was removed.
I was half way threw another month and send a email stating do not charge me for another month because I will be stopping service when this month is done.
I then asked how much time I had left on this month. I recieved a email 2 days later stating that my account has been closed.
I sent another email stating I said to discontinue my service after this month, and do not charge another month.
And since im only half way done with this month, are they going to refund me the remainder of the month. No response at all.

SCAM
Incorrect information. They feed you incorrect information, to get you to sign up, thankfully everything is recorded.
Signed up payed around 300.00, about 100 for extra “ identity IQ” was told they would continue to work on my disputes even if I cancelled the following month. They just would not bring on any new credit inquiries, makes sense. Once it was canceled they stop working on your behalf. Even though I was told by two different representatives that they would continue to do so. Do not give these people your money.

Absolutely a scam. Beware. Do not give them any financial information or personal credentials. This is a fake company, designed to not only take money from you, but also uses personal information for unemployment fraud, fake identity cards with your credentials for purposes of criminal endeavor. Also they will use your information to sign you up subscription services without your permission or knowledge. Total scam. Credit Glory is NOT accredited by the Better Business bureau
Credit Glory SUCKS AND IS A SCAM
I have poured 500 bucks- like an idiot- into this company. I should have just used it to pay my credit cards. I feel like SUCH AN IDIOT. My score has GONE DOWN. I cooperated with them, and I asked for a refund. No response.
STAY AWAY. No matter what.

Thank you for posting this. I got mixed up with this company and did exactly what your review said to do and filled out a form explaining my experience. Within just a few weeks of posting it I noticed I had a 200 dollar refund from Credit Glory in my checking account. Shocked me because I was told by several customer service reps that I will NOT be refunded. They must have saw my post and panicked and refunded me to look as though they had done nothing wrong. They still have my personal info which is all I think this website is a front for. I was also contacted by several lawyers currently working on a case against them wanting to hear my first hand experience.
Shady business practices and breach of contract
Do not be fooled by the 5 star review. I started my service in march 2022 and they would keep on running my card for the monthly bill on the 12th and still no results. Fernando i talked to when the end of may came told me i needed a different supporting document at the last minute. When june came i asked for my refund for the 3 months guarantee which Fernando told me 5 days ending up being 10 days still no refund. So when i called june 11 they tell me that thier system was switched and the reason why it does not show a refund in my account is due to a system error but they are still trying to bill me for the month of june. Now i got a call saying i cant be refunded back to my card i must do a dispute through my bank which is 45 days to 3 months Smh. The moral of this story CREDIT GLORY IS A HUGE SCAM.

Completely a scam, when you have to pay a $1 just to know what you owe on anything, that is just to get your bank info and then instead of me looking it up, she sends me a link for me to see the reviews, good thing I looked it up while I almost gave her my bank info. It was suspicious when she sent me a link and I could tell most the the reviews were faked and she was pushing way to hard for me to just see the fake reviews on their site. That was definitely a red flag which made me want to look them up even more… Do not trust them, they are not legit…

Credit glory did nothing for me except steal my money. They aren’t legit and will tell you any excuse to get out of the refund. DO NOT DO NOT sign up for this, they are some good con artists!

They helped me out with my credit. Certain things I did have to eventually pay off because they wouldn’t come off but that’s with all credit repair companies. A lot of people get mad that they can’t get away scot-free with extremely high collections and get upset and claim everything is a scam. Pay your stuff off then.

You are wrong. This company is a scam. I used them. They ripped me off. They refused to refund me. I reported them and they immediately refunded me. Lawyers even reached out because they are being sued for illegal practice.
Credit Glory is not a scam
Credit Glory drastically changed my credit report for the better and they did it fast. They are in no shape form or fashion a scam.

Absolutely waste of time! Total scam and bs!! I’m so angry, nothing done but lies and running you around. Never get updates, never can get ahold of anyone! All they do is take money and info then simply screw you!!!!

I spent over $1,000 on Credit Glory and saw ZERO results on my score.
They kept promising that they were doing this and they were doing that but most of the activity that I saw was updating my addresses. At the end of the day, my perception is that they are a SCAM!
I asked twice to close this account and I am still getting billed. They say they will call back and never do or even leave a voice mail when I finally get to talk to some one about it I get the runaround about it closing my account and DONT BILL ME ANYMORE how hard is it just to close it

Cons: Poor communication, hard to get call backs from the actual credit repair specialist. I had to make multiple calls and emails to get a response.
Cons: Had to ask several times what letters where being sent out on my behalf and what they were trying to accomplish. Never noticed any deletions, other than an account that had already been disputed prior to signing up with their service.
Pros: Ladies answering the phone are always helpful and nice, but they cannot answer any account specific details.
Conclusion: Spend a little extra money on a firm that openly communicates with you through the whole process. You may likely end up saving more money in the long with better results.

Well what do I start off with, I was searching for a company that does credit repair based on all yelp reviews I decided to try credit glory I call to this placeand they transfer me to Mike everything was going smooth they took all my information and start working on my credit we agreed for the price which sounded OK
