Chris Record the realm of scam , mostly known for his audacity of getting every time into new ventures has made it obvious that he is the one to leave the sinking ship before everybody else. Chris Record net worth would be more than millions of dollars per month but is it really a net worth? he has achieved this much net worth by using mlm scheme . Every time Chris Record introduces an idea, he pretty much plots the runway to fly after the damage is done. It is not a coincidence that whatever he started till date, is nowhere in picture now.
Why does he call himself a serial entrepreneur? I would better term his desire close to those of serial killers. Without a motive, they harm for fun. Chris Record is the one who kills hope after generating it among all who get associated to his ventures. Chris Record is known for his uncanny abilities but the truth lies deep within. His abilities are focused on fooling people again and again.
Chris Record said that he is a visionary but I think what all he can foresee is the fraud that entails his every new beginning. Chris has the perfect plan of initiating something with a nice cause and then ending it with a plot where he seems to be the victim. Lastly, running away with the money alone for planning a new illusion. It hurts me to tell you something that to do with goodness. But trust me, I deem it is my responsibility to warn everyone out there who feels that Chris Record is their life jacket in the middle of the ocean. Trust me, he is not.
Chris Record is great at attracting attentions and making people believe in his sweet dreams which is always shinier through his glasses. However, too sweet can cause diabetes and one should remember that nothing can be attained without facing struggle? The way he portrays his goals, can make anyone feel he is the one. But mark my words, keep your eyes and ears open and you will be able to see through his innocent mask, the face that he has hidden behind.
Chris Record has been associated with various scams and has been accused of cheating his investors, financiers, partners and even customers. Every time he has managed to come out clean through his connections and business minded acumen. But can you imagine of a coincidence where every venture he opens goes bankrupt, still he has the money to start something new. I mean, he must be having the mines to extract money. Even then he would have been sitting relaxed and enjoying life. But he is not. That tells the story itself.
You can try to find his list of frauds from the date he graduated and started a career as an entrepreneur till now. Either its 2000 , 2015 or 2016, you will find no change in the attitude and his ideology of working. If anything has changed then it’s the industries that he chooses to dig his prey.
Nouveau Riche – Deal or no deal
Nouveau Riche was started in 2000 to help students learn about Real Estate investment and was packaged with multi-level marketing for extra income. Multi-level marketing has succeeded in making many companies rich and people associated with it frustrated. This start-up aimed at gaining the momentum by enticing youths of the income that can be earned while learning and at the same time widening its roots.
This is not the end. Chris Record is not only making money through the tuition fees and classes but through the commission on the properties bought by his students. Now that’s called the icing on the cake. He lured his students to buy properties and hence was making an inside sale for his clients. I should admit, Chris Record knows how to convince people to believe in his imaginary hopes that stays until he runs away.
Chris Record was able to attract many students knowingly that the real estate market was in turmoil. This clearly shows his greediness which encounters no one’s expectations. His fake promises are example of his aim of making profit even if that means going beyond the ethics.
Fortune Small Business accused Chris Record of dishonest marketing and stated that the company’s allied investment broker, Investor Concierge, promotes properties as “positive cash flow”. They claimed that the cash flow is often positive only because of temporary subsidies, putting the buyer at risk of negative cash flow after the subsidies expire.
The founders of Nouveau Riche, Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder are associated with Global Prosperity Group (GPG), which was intended to be a scheme, device or artifice to deceive. Chris Record’s never giving up attitude that has always worked in negative direction. I wish he could have utilized his qualities for a better cause.
In a press release of 2011, the Arizona Corporation Commission announced that “The Commission ordered Chris Record and few others and their affiliated companies to pay $5,577,226 in compensation. He was also fined with $300,000 in administrative penalties for misleading 105 investors with unregistered deed of trust investments.
The Commission made a thorough enquiry and found that the company promoted the unregistered deed of trust investments at real estate education seminars. They also convinced students to become investors while promising them double-digit returns. Isn’t that dubious, at one instance, Chris Record talks about ethics and self-respect and on the other hand shows no bar while breaking it himself. Chris Record is a two-faced man who understands only one language and the language is of profit. No matter what the ways are.
Bizzibiz – Another name in the list
Chris Record is an opportunist and that Clearly defines his nature of business. Opportunist are the ones who can identify the opportunity and tries to work towards it. Unlike visionaries, they do not have the proper vision and fail to realize them. For a better insight, they run away and leave every other in the sinking boat without a life jacket.
This is the true character of Chris Record. He can anytime show his back and disappear leaving the burden on your shoulders. Bizzibiz inception happened on 1, January 2011 with a great hype and promotion. As usual, Chris Record attended interviews talking about the mission and vision statements of Bizzibiz. He even declared that he has put everything on stake to build this company and will be taking time out from all other engagements.
Bizzibiz franchise used digital marketing which was the fastest growing market in 2011 as its tool to attract its clients and customers. The focus laid on empowering small companies and start-ups boast their digital marketing. He termed it as extreme franchise.
I am not sure if you are aware of the numbers here. Small businesses are the opportunity which if used in the right direction can make you very rich. Chris Record plan was right but intentions were cruel. Bizzibiz amused its customer with lower joining fees and got its grab.
After 3 months of Bizzibiz debut, Bizzibiz took Mr. Franchise Kevin B. Murphy, the much-touted franchise attorney out of the board and sued him. 3 months down the line after this incident, spokesperson of Bizzibiz, TV huckster Don LaPre, was found guilty of defrauding 222,000 people out of $52 million in a vitamin-selling scheme. He later took his own life in prison. When everything got out of hand, after 18 months of its debut, Bizzibiz filed for the Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Bizzibiz was accounted for turning down many of its customers and Chris Record took sideways with his health excuse. Do you feel that justifies the damage done? I am not on that page, I have got my perception that differs from everyone who supports Chris Record.
Being a Digital Marketing Franchise, it doesn’t have its own brand online. Can you trust a teacher who doesn’t have a college degree himself? What can I say? The graph says it all. Real Estate Worldwide – The fall back option Chris Record excels at jumping from one roof to another with a hidden parachute that he can use in case he falls. Real Estate Worldwide was his fall back option after he ran away from Bizzibiz and found himself helpless.
After one and a half year of Bizzibiz decline, Chris Record was seen vouching for Real Estate Worldwide which was again a combination of multi-level marketing-driven real estate seminars and real estate investments. Chris Record was blamed for running away from Bizzibiz without intimating of his action and found talking about the Real Estate Worldwide seminars.
The news didn’t alarm me as I have seen him making this kind of move every time he fails. ”History repeats itself” this quote very much suits Chris Record. Before Bizzibiz, he left Nouveau Riche and after the downfall of Bizzibiz, he was seen with Real Estate Worldwide seminars.
Black Warrington, a franchise investor said, “There has been no correspondence from Chris Record for numerous months now and thanks to Google Alerts that I learned about Chris Record and his recently started another business venture Tecademics. I could not believe this. I would never do business with Mr. Piccolo, along with certain other people like Marc Gleeman who had a big hand in the day to day operations and overall problems of BizziBiz.”
Justin Dallas also quoted, “Nouveau Riche finished as Chris Record turned his attention to his new business, bizzibiz.com. I am not sure what Bizzibiz.com is all about, but I do know that Chris Record does not honour his commitments. He has not fulfilled his requirements in his purchase agreements, he has not refunded any of the money, he has stiffed instructors not paying them their money and he has moved his staff into his new business location at Bizzibiz so that no one can reach him or any NR staff.”
Chris Record – Height of fooling people
While I was still wondering what Chris Record’s next move will be, he shocked me with the news of Tecademics. This again is a similar concept of training students for their career as entrepreneurs, the change here is the syllabus. This time Chris Record won’t be teaching Real Estate but internet marketing. He says he has consolidated the best trainers who would be combining all their experience in getting the best syllabus that will be practically helpful.
However, fails to give it any special flavour. All that he has committed to deliver remains just a promise. All that he has claimed to be something special can be learned through many other institutions. He has lured students with the income strategy but I find it totally useless. The multi-level marketing has served none other than Chris Record himself.
Chris Record has presented the plan where students can sell the course products and can earn money. But to your disappointment, he has limited the way you can sell their product. They have strictly denied of creating own webpage to sell Tecademics products.
I feel the affiliate marketing and the curriculum for internet marketing is the blanket under which the scam is running. I have learned that Chris Record has announced three stages for his compensation plan and before you start reaping the perks, you need to activate all the stages. This means either you need to buy the product or sell the product to someone else.
This is a cleaver move. You need to pay before you start earning. Not only this, they haven’t guaranteed any success rate or any average earning that most multi-level marketers does which seems fishy. Everyone involved in the game should not only be given the rule book, but the accolades description.
If you ask for my opinion, I would not spend even a dime on these programs. Tecademics is another plot to give way to a new fraud and Chris Record is the key to make it possible. If you really wish to invest in something that Chris Record is associated with, I would advise to do your due diligence before getting into any kind of trap. You won’t even know you are being used and till the time you will realize, it will be too late to back off.

This is more than an accurate review. Tecademics is an overt scam. People stay away. The chairman is just as guilty. They are serial con artists.
Chris Records aka Scam
Chris Record is a selfish man who cares about his popularity and profit above all. He cheated his own people and investors and faked his bankruptcy to get away with it. He knows the tactics and utilizes it very well. Ever since, he started to look out for opportunities, he took an oath to do whatever it takes for making easy money, even if it costed his morality. He contributed his ideas into MLM industries to find the easy route to success, which would have been fine, but he chose to scam people to become richer with every initiative he took. He has got great presentation skills and sugar coats his lies to win hearts of people. There are many instances to prove that he is a con artist and not an entrepreneur.
Chris Record is associated with ventures which made a lot of fuss while they took off, but all ended suddenly without giving everyone else a chance to come out unharmed. The controversies do not surround him, he invites them.
Chris Record has criminal history as well. when found guilty of robbing his own girlfriend’s car, was charged in front of the court. Although, he denies the fact now, he admitted then that he abandoned the car in the forest, so that the insurance could have been claimed. After a short while, the felony was termed down to misdemeanour, giving Chris Record a green signal from the court room.
Chris Record is shrewd and utilizes his uncanny abilities to dig profit from every other opportunity coming his way.
The slow death of Nouveau Riche : While trying to find the loop holes, I got to discover a lot of facts that clearly measures the efficiency of Chris Record as a scammer. History says it all. Chris Record Nouveau Riche was given a lot of limelight, when it put his feet on ground. However, after a lot of people started investing in this venture, the goals of the company changed. It was no longer an initiative to help people get on their feet with Real Estate business. But, it became a hub to distract people and lure them for bringing more prospective clients into the vicious circle.
The company was sued for defrauding its investors and soon it filed for bankruptcy. Don’t you think it was a great move to leave behind the past without paying for the mistakes. Chris Record who started this company with his wife and friend, knew what was around the corner and he was prepared. However, the people who trusted it, had to leave hopeless. While planning to expand the territories of Nouveau Riche, Chris Record showed a lot of dreams to his students and then ran away without an explanation.
The same fate for Bizzibiz : There were lots of online marketing and interviews done, before the launch of Bizzibiz. There were buzz around the country and people were interested in knowing more about this concept. They were also excited about the franchise. But, the company could not get the expected start as well. Since inception, the company got into unexpected troubles that were not counted before and met the same fate.
In February, Chris Record and his old partners were charged for defrauding 105 investors. The scam was accomplished via an unregistered real estate scheme. For this fraud, the Arizona Corporations Commission announced a fine of nearly $6 Million in restitution.
While mentioning about the rapid online growth, Chris Record forgot to do the job at hand with perfection. He flaunted about the vast online presence, but there was nothing done in terms of that with the company’s own website.
Soon after its operation started, the bankruptcy was filed. However, the case was dismissed on the grounds of negligence and irresponsibility. So, all the hard work and hopes went for a toss. It did not take much time to shift the blame of incompetency to the other people associated with the company.
Chris, known for making steep start, get to the bottom that quickly as well. I have a very different understanding of serial entrepreneurs which do not match the graph of Chris. Instead of establishing a business and shifting to another one, he gives up on one and starts hunting for another.
A hidden player for REWW : It was a no Brainer to eliminate Chris from advertising about Real Estate Worldwide after back to back failures. While Kent Clothier Jr. became the marketing face of the company, Chris remain behind the scene, directing most of the advancements of the company. Is there a reason, why someone with such a great people connection, stayed detached with this venture? I think it was obvious.
There was no plan for the company to disclose Chris’s name as it did not want to attract negative advertisement. Chris Record, the MLM guru and mind behind many unsuccessful yet profitable ventures, decided to play his cards, staying behind. However, a lot of people working for Nouveau Riche and many other connections got involved making his association clear.
The company planned to become a sales support for Memphis Invest. Real estate concierge experience coupled with MLM network marketing expertise, Chris Record was given the honour to design the structure of the company. The company’s MLM structure was built is such a way that the investors got much less in commission, as expected. So, this time, Chris was all set for creating fake impression.
This venture also did not make much of a mark in long term. The structure typically required higher hand-holding than is required for an experienced investor. This became a road block for many aspiring investors and they ended up soaking their hands in dirt.
Chris Record, no doubt, nailed the business acumen, but never was able to make a big difference, definitely in a good way. His planning never concerned anyone else other than himself. His profit-making strategies, neglected the basic courtesy that businesses are held responsible for. Chris Record could have done much better, if he would have tried to grow together.
Chris Record is not a true business man, he is a con artist and a liar, who mocks people for getting on top. He finds it alluring to scam people and more likely, it seems fun to him. Neither he has ever taken charge of the failures, nor has he tried to mend them for better.
Chris Record takes the easy way out of every situation that is not at all a trait of true entrepreneur. He might be famous, but I do not consider him successful. He has made blunders and he should be held responsible for it.
I believe, with success, responsibility comes handy. If anyone wants to become successful, he should be ready to take up the responsibility with full acceptance. This was not the case with Chris Record and I deem that he is not worthy of all the limelight he has been getting, since date.
Many, who have worked with Chris Record closely, would know what he wants. But others, they still feel that his intentions were never bad, although he did not do as promised. Chris Record, being great at convincing others, moves forward by gaining trust and showing big dreams. For sure, the dreams that he shows, are accessible, given that, he has the intention of getting them there.
His ventures have only aimed at recruiting more numbers rather than providing results. He abandoned his companies when people needed him. He made frauds that costed many their lives savings. He made mistakes that were irreversible.
If you ever come across his ventures, try to dig deeper before you get yourself into any trouble. He is not the one with whom you can flourish. He can take away whatever you have earned till date. Beware of this scammer who calls himself a serial entrepreneur.

Do not trust Chris Record. He and his company have stolen a lot of money from myself as well as many of their customers who had faith in them by taking our money and not providing the products they say they will. Stay away..far away from Chris and any of his cronies.
Another Chris Record Scam
I fell prey to his scams too.
Lost $1500 on his products. He pulled the plug on the product and we sat there left in the dust witout our money and without the course we paid for.
He then went babbling about us getting a better product, which in fact was a very watered down version of Techademics – where we were enticed to bleed even more money in to get the juicy stuff.
I said no thanks to throwing good money after bad and considered my money lost.
I had long chats first with Chris Record himself – where he argued and argued that I got MORE than I paid for…. when in fact I didn’t get what I paid for and I was not the slightest interested in what he thought would be better for me. I was only interested in what I purchased – not his new flagship – and definitely not in putting more money in his grubby hands.
Later when messaging him on his personal Facebook account, I got a reply from his social media manager… Pathetic – scam people and then let someone else deal with the aftermath.
Of course after numerous promises – nothing happened and he is still enjoying the fruits of my labor. Nothing better than seeing him drive around in a sports car – you paid for…

How is he different from a snake oil salesman?
I stumbled across Chris Record on Youtube. It’s the usual standing in front of wealthy homes and cars telling people they can have the same thing too, just pay $$$$$ for the system.
It’s like real estate people saying you can make tons of money too like them if they just pay $$$$ for their system.
The truth is, these people aren’t making money from real estate or whatever career their touting, they’re making money off the people who are buying the expensive systems.
My former boss was the late Lou Pearlman, the bullshitter of all bullshitters, so I have experience being around people who promise you the world while taking every penny out of your pocket.

I wish this was published earlier, might have saved me a fortune to me at the time, for Chris Record its peanuts of course but with his false promises and abundance of dishonor would see any court judge throw the book at him for his lies and deceit, not kool man, not kool ????

Chris Record Review – He is a scammer
This is so upsetting to see people following scammers. I would not have made any comment here. But, cannot let anyone to mislead others. There is no fact associated to the post. What Chris has been upto is a complete shame and he has scammed many.
I agree that if a person reaches the goal, they win half the battle. However, the ways and the path they follow make a big difference. And, to be honest, Chris has always taken advantage of others. He has made sure that he takes all the hurdle in his way through improper and illegal ways.
Chris, when was associated with Noveau Riche, made sure he attracted huge number of students with his pretence and false advertisement and you are among those who got trapped in his scam. He has always tried to capture the perception of people around him and that has given him the way to succeed.
Nouveau Riche appointed students but made them work for free and put them through the hustle bustle of multi-level marketing. He targeted young generation who are easy to mould and that is why he could run the institute for some time.
But, the results were out soon. Students did not receive the quality training that they were promised. On top of that, he made them spend in real estate and they went through great losses. Few made it through. However, the number is too less to be considered.
All the misunderstanding that started arising due to the insufficient structure of institute, led him to close it in short span of time. Rather, counting the whole world of mischief that he has been into, my friend Shean is looking at the much thinner film that do not even exist.
Chris has again tried to make people believe that they can do a lot by talking big dreams and Tecademics is their new hub for fooling people. Shean, I have a question for you. You said they have gathered a great number for Tecademics. Can you elaborate on that? What number? You won’t be sure of. Because these are just hypothetical assumptions that stands nowhere.
Why is he done after few months of operating his business? It can never be a coincidence. A person hoping job is liked by no company. Then why an entrepreneur, who has tried million things and disappointed even many, can be given the benefit of doubt.
Chris is no different. I should say, he is different from those who work hard to achieve their goals and are genuine. Chris Record will soon close Tecademics, announcing himself bankrupt and will run away with all the money to set up a new trap. He has never aimed at making a difference through his ideas. I will not deny the fact that his ideas could work, given that his effort works in that direction.
He only wants the profit and if it is coming handy without real effort, he will never let that chance get away. He is a con artist who has many faces but one reality. The reality of a scammer.
Chris Record is a master of all trade
I have followed Chris Record from a long time and have noticed him growing stronger after every set back. There are so many people who try their luck to find out the result and more than 90 percent of them give up even before they reach the goal. The journey entails a lot of hard work and sacrifice.
Those who reach their goal are winners. It does not matter if their goal was set correctly. Once, they have learnt to head forward with all the abnormalities, they understand the struggle and learn to surge with it.
These people are winners and they do not need any accolade. Chris Record is among those who have made their destiny their slave. He has never stopped working towards his goal and every time when he fails to get the desired result, he does not crib in silence. He roars like a lion to undo what went wrong.
When we create a dream, we take many things in consideration and there are volatile constraints that continuously affect the operation. There are ups and downs, but what important is we keep trying until we reach it.
Chris Record is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully realized his dreams more than once. But, he is also aware that the volatile constraints cannot be controlled and if those held him back, he leaps forward with double intensity the next time.
His innovation from Noveau Riche to Tecademics are the real-life example which shows his courage to fight back. He started Noveau Riche and had to shut that down. But, till the time it was in operation, it never disappointed any. Real Estate got its new definition through this institute and students got a new scope of learning and excelling in that field.
Chris Record is a wonderful person and also relates his success to many others who were always a part of his dream. He has never cut off anyone and make sure he is audible while expressing his gratitude. He has attended many seminars and after listening to the recording itself, I was impressed every time. What about those who have witnessed his charisma in person?
His businesses and institutes give an impression of his forward thinking and innovative imagination. With Tecademics, he has managed to get a new look for people related to technology. The entire structure is so different, yet convincing.
Chris Record has nailed it this time as well. He knows how to learn from his mistakes. He learns and them implements in his further accomplishments. Tecademics is a great success and from the day it was announced, it has attracted not only followers, but his critics.
So, what few people speak here is not at all important. They can keep trying to spoil his reputation but his work will always cross their paths. Chris Record is a real-life hero and he should be given the respect, he deserves. There is no looking back for him and that attitude itself holds a lot of worth.
