When going about my day a month ago I ran into this City security guard  who allegedly executed his right to detain my friend that is a designer. I was told to leave or I would have issues too so I stood off to the side and filmed the altercation.

After taking down my friends details and making a report as well as going though his belonging I witnessed (as well as on video film) stealing his Oracle Prototype sketches.

People who do not know how to handle these demonic Oracle products have been known to have demonic things occur to them such as possession, especially if its the one were you can split the characters with.

You cant call this a honest City Security guard when this man steals Oracle Sketches from my friend. Its a lot of work for my friend to design these plans and bring them into reality. My question is that if they felt the need to steal his paperwork is their not like some seizure report?

If you run into this man then be aware that he will take things that do not belong to him and pocket them like they are his own property.
