I have purchased a number of loans from BOK Financial. Ann Bagwell is great to work with as a loan officer.
Unfortunately my issue is with the institution’s customer service when it comes having my account correctly credited.
Twice this year I have sent in principal payments. Even though the check memo stated “principle only” the payment for the following month was applied from the funds.
They don’t correct the problem, they provide an excuse and then it happens again.
“It was received close to the time the next payment was due”. “The check was sent to the wrong branch.”
My response is : Read the memo on the check. Then there is no question what to do the funds.
Last year that had set up payment for Denver property taxes to come out of the escrow account four times a year instead of twice per year.
It took six weeks and multiple phone calls to customer service to figure out the problem and get it corrected.

Bad bank. Went for change for my restaurant. First bank did not have enough money. Second bank clipped all my money wrong. Ended up shorty me 20 bucks. Doesn’t look like I will get it back. They suck
I truly hope this is not his standard business demeanor.
I called and spoke to loan officer Vince Tatum. Hoping to purchase a motorhome the bank has a lien on. He was so rude and berating as he cut me off three times. That I had to tell him I would not do business with him.
He cost the bank the opportunity to recover their lean the people the opportunity to sell their motorhome and me the opportunity to purchase it. But I would rather forgo a good deal then allow this person to be so rude in his position. I truly hope this is not his standard business demeanor.
