At the end of the day its not all of the CIA’s fault as some of their employees are awesome but in other cases it was abuse and neglect these experiments. From this observation they wish to do much of what they were doing in the MK-Ultra projects. The issue is they may learn how to make LSD using the Festers guide but its not the LSD that the CIA ended up with back in the 70s.

I am sure that the CBC News reporters should be questioned for their investigative journalism as like it seems not possible to take hits of LSD for that length of period but they were doing LSD testing at McGill in 2017 under a General Electric Machine while looking at art. In the case of the patient that jumped out the window this is a different issue and frankly you should not sneak in drugs without the person consent. In the case if the women who had shock therapy that may have been the issue more than the LSD as like they probably did not use clean power to sent signals to the brain. They are doing testing at the Douglas too that matches what the CIA and Canadian Governments were up too back in the day. I think at the research facilities it’s time to replace some of these doctors who are not practicing new methods and technology.
