Poor quality and worse customer service
Not only was the image quality poor and nothing like the digital mock-up, but there is also a visible defect on every keychain. Customer service keeps blaming it on the image file I sent them; however, my image file has nothing to do with the defect on the keychain. They refuse to take the blame and refused to refund me, and I’m now doing a chargeback with my CC company. I would never shop here or ever recommend anyone to shop here. I’m sure some of their products are OK, but it’s not worth the risk IMO.

Great Product
I couldn’t be happier with the product its self, We love it! My only reason for the 4 star is that they deliverer would not deliver the package without a signature and I was never home during that time so they threated to send it back to the sender. The tracking number that I was given was from a different company that actually deliver so it made it difficult to know who to contact to arrange drop off.

the bands turned out good, the colors i ordered are fun, i had a few where the print wasn’t straight and slipped off the edge but overall good product for the price point.

Didn’t get my order exactly right
When I customized my lanyards they didn’t put all the colors I wanted on it. I even put how many colors I wanted imprinted j th me lanyard and they only gave me 2 colors of grey and black when the picture I put on it was red black and grey.
Delivery time was very good.
The wrist bands looked great, but I was a little disappointed that our webmail address on the inside was hard to read.
