Sociopaths or those mentally insane are all money greedy. So she runs her episodes, accuses you of damages to the property (which didn’t happen), and then extorts you for money.
This gaslighter will plant seed to gradually make you believe you did cause the damage (despite she is the one who did it to frame you). If you are a fool, you will probably end up paying for it and thinking it is perhaps because of you.
