The Most Disappointing ExperienceLast year I had the most disappointing experience with Wells Fargo private Mortgage Banking. My primary contact was Jeremy Huntley.
I experienced extreme difficulty with both him and his assistant Monica Gonzalez.
Communications were terrible with Ms. Gonzalez and she even had the audacity to tell me not to call the office voice mail number because she doesn’t often check it and to use her email instead.
Their incompetence and mishandling of my home refinance is costing me over $2,000.00 per month until I am in a position to refinance or in the near future.
Mr. Huntley even had to send me an “Earth Day” reminder.
He certainly does not realize that his mishandling is still costing me over $2,000.00/ month.
If the reason for ever existed, it certainly would be to warns others of this particular branch.
