I purchased a home back in Sacramento on August and it took me this long to calm down to put my experience into words.
I can’t tell you how disappointed my experience was with Nguyen Le – Alliance Bay Realty.
The process was painful from start to finish. He didn’t have to do any leg work of finding my home.
All he had to do was swoop in and make the offer for me. That’s not a hard job, right? I made the job so easy for him.
Well as a first time home buyer, I was nervous at first and couldn’t make up my mind if I really wanted to move forward.
This was a big leap for me so I had every right to contemplate on whether to commit myself to a 30 year term.
So when I was ready to make my move, I was asked to write a commission check payable to “NGUYEN LE” in case I backed out I would have to forfeit the money.
If the deal went through, he was supposed to return the check back to me.
Uhhhhhh…. THE MISSION BEFORE COMMISSION? I BEG TO DIFFER!
In this case it was the COMMISSION before the MISSION.
He even made me sign the agreement of forfeiting the 5K. WTF???
As we all know, a loan can fall through even at the last second.
There were so many activities going on at the same time and emotions were high.
Even though the documents didn’t come on the day scheduled but eventually, it will get done.
When it was time for close of escrow, he didn’t come thru for me.
As an agent, he was supposed to be there when I signed the documents.
I guess my deal wasn’t as important as others but whatever.
What pisses me off was that he didn’t include me in the in the final walk thru.
Really??? How unprofessional can you be? Was I not your client? Did you not get paid your dues? I HIGHLY do not recommend this realtor to anybody.
I wouldn’t subject my worse enemy to this treatment.
I’m not sure if I was treated differently because of my appearance If so, I have news for you.
We all bleed red. I will never do business with this realtor ever again.
I don’t care if he’s with a different broker now. I’m reviewing the agent, not the broker company.
Not that Nguyen Le was with Selectron Realty & Mortgage at the time this incident happened.
