I’m contracted Keller Williams Realty to sell my home in Northridge.
I agreed on a 60 day escrow with 10days for buyer’s to remove there contingency.
It’s day 22 and buyer’s sent in a cancellation notice.
I could have kept there ernest deposit if the realtor and this firm would of done there job properly.
I had requested a 24hr to perform to remove contingency.Agent nor his team executed my orders.
So at the end of the day was not represented properly and the realtor fail his fiduciary duties.
Stay away from Keller Williams Realty.
