Awful. It appears that one man, “Alonzo Smith” runs the “business”. He quoted me a fee of “cleaning” that would need to be paid on top of the fee my warranty company charges. I told him I’ve never had to pay such a fee.
He recommended routine maintenance to resolve the issues, and I again, told him that the issue was beyond routine maintenance. He needed to fix the leak, but refused to even look for it saying it could fix itself or get bigger. I asked him to look at the vents and air flow, he refused. He didn’t want to answer my questions, and needed up walking out with no good-bye or resolution to me service claim. Totally, unprofessional.
Now, my daughter is telling me he also put his hands on my 5 year old son who is on the Autism Spectrum. You don’t put your hands on people’s kids! my home, and my AC does not work AT ALL.
There is a large leak or water in my upstairs hallway. Before he cam my AC worked, I just have certain rooms with weak airflow. This is nothing “Holy” about this man or his work.
