I have been going To Patricia Paredes to file my income tax… was very satisfied.

However I received this year a letter from IRS which I informed her about it to help me responding… unfortunately I never got any help from her..I got a penalty for 2 years this year the stated they rejected my return and was given a penalty for late filing…. she never notified me… I made appointments to see her she never was there … she gave me an appointment and I wasted days of work she never kept appointment… I called her and she never returned my calls.. very unprofessional handling of a client … daughter was there and office closed in disarray.

Not going back because I don’t trust her to help when is needed…. I do not recommend… this is my opinion…  based on my experience.Very unprofessional and totally not supportive.
