If there is a rate of less than one star, I’ll rate him & his entire team at negative.
Dr. Marvin Masada asked me to proceed to LabCorp for blood work w/o informing me on what specific tests were needed to be done.
All the while I thought it was necessary for routine physical exam.
I’m warning you as a patient to ask him first because he won’t have the initiative to notify you with at least la brief explanation.
You will be surprised about the elevated bills both from his clinic & LabCorp (In fairness, said lab has nothing to do w/ the high bill coz they just follow the order of the doctor).
Another issue is her secretary who is very rude, impatient & not helpful.
She has very poor customer service……very, very, very poor.
I will never go back there. I had a very traumatic experience.
