Applied for HARP refinance at the time Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac implemented the 2.0 version.
Initial contact was pleasant enough and received replies to my emails and calls in a timely manner.
However, Its more than 3 months since the application was initiated and more than a month since I last contacted them and received a reply.
Now not even a reply to my most recent email.
Understandably there are many folks submitting an application and the process is lengthy however the lack of prompt communication at this point gives the impression that this business was just not equipped to handle mortgage refinances in a customer focused manner.
