Have you ever been caught in an agreement that you did not want to continue but still tied to? Dadson washer services uses the same tactics to bait owners or the apartment in-charge and make them sign a contract that if you do not read will put you through a lot of disasters.
When I was taking care of an apartment and was liable for examining the quality and terms of all the services or companies offering services, I was assigned the matter of Dadson washer services. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
The laundry equipment that they installed did not work and tenants had to use the laundry services close to their apartment. Most of the time, the laundry was shut or there would be one or two people using it in hurry.
There were many complaints made against their machines, but nothing helped. We sent many emails as well to examine the problem or install the new machines.
However, they seemed too busy to reply to that message. They even ignored to pay admitting that the profit earned was nil. When we tried to ask them to terminate the agreement, they said that we were tied for 10 years and it’s our duty as management to encourage people for using their laundry.
This was a complete rip-off. When we started looking for options on the internet, we found many such complaints against these guys. Some stated that they were tied for 30 years as well.
They never mentioned during the signing of the agreement about what we were getting ourselves into. They made false claims about the quality and promptness. Now, we are stuck with a laundry which does not work, and tenants have to walk down the street for washing clothes.
There are frequent complaints that keep coming. We have decided to file a complaint against him in the court of law. Maybe, that would bring justice to us. The owner with all the other staffs of the company are rude and will never return answer to your questions.
I never had this trouble talking to any other company or management of the company we associate with. Because of the agreement, we had to consult a lawyer as well. He has suggested few terms, but the company is not ready to make any compromises, so are we now.
It would be done in the court of law. I am very positive about winning the case as this company has got nothing to prove. We have witnesses and the condition is obvious.
They did try to communicate after we mailed them about our decision, but I believe it is too late to let them ruin our apartment. I am sure they will come up with some of the other problems if we let them get away with this.
I request to all who have been scammed by this company to come forward and let’s file the case together. This company should not be pardoned for making the residents sulk and walk extra miles.
