The Online Banking Locked Me

I used to love CommonWealth One Federal Credit Union until recently.

My credit card account was closed with no warning, my calls weren’t returned, i had to speak to 5 different employees, and all the rebates I had earned throughout the year were gone.

The online banking locked me out because I had lost my internet connection while trying to log in.

There is no 24 hour support or chat to solve problems and tomorrow is a holiday when all branches are closed.

They can barely help during operational hours.

If you need after hours support or immediate help on a weekend/holiday, you better have a second bank account or forms of payment to access your money and accounts.

    ll never step inside this bank again..

    Bill Gamble…Are you kidding me, $10 dollars to cash my payroll check? This is a fucking joke!! If you don’t have an account with this Bank they rob you… If you want to charge $10 dollars to cash a check,

    why don’you just open a check cashing office…? Walmart charges $3 dollars… The manager at the Harrisonburg branch was ……. well ill just say this…I wanted to Bitch Slap him.. Ill never step inside this bank again..

    I can't believe that's system is bad this time.

    I think that CFCU is very worse than last 10 years ago, I am member with CFCU for more 25 years. I liked the staffs lot in past. They were very nice, friendly and patience but now the new manager is worse bad attitude and low esteem. He don’t trust us.

    That’s awfully. I can’t believe that’s system is bad this time. That’s sad! I don’t understand that President let the new manager is very bad attitude and not patience!

    Online banking is a very poorly designed system and not user-friendly. They will lock you out of your account if you mistype a security question answer ONE TIME. You have to call to get back in…which is extremely inconvenient if you get locked out after they close and have to wait either until the next day or even over the weekend.
