Went in with a intention of trading my 2008 Toyota rav 4 with an open mind got handed to Brad Fraser Worst experience ever Didn’t pay attention to what I wanted ideally was more concerned about laughing and cracking jokes and pushing me out the dealership to do home work due to it being 7-8 pm and his other customers beucase of time

I realized there were rebates available and me making 15 k a month previously and before mentioning my other job to help me qualify $1000 down room to move I continued to follow up all day the next day when told me I would have an answer and options by330pm Got a response 7with a sorry was with a customer haha and then asked for an answer and he said you don’t qualify

Me being in 3 years of car sales for dodge previously know everyone qualifies for something so the next day I find out I qualify for 20k and there is rebates on cars to help me get into a new car would have been nice to know at the time still in the market today never I repeat never have I ever meet a uneducated car salesmen who openly admitted to not being committed to a dealership btw

he said ” if I get any better pay opportunity from another dealer I bounce ” and to be I felt Mia guided and handed off to someone who doesnt care about the customer more then numbers I don’t know why they hired this shady guy by will not recommend anyone shop from. Here let alone home there are other dealships with in 20 miles that treat and sit down with you and lay out options and not to mention not flirt with there gf who is with you

    Ripped me off on Synthetic Oil Changes I had purchased buy one get three more free from Earnhardt Dodge. Since cost was higher I asked of time limit and was told none as I get one every . Was told good at any Chrysler Dealer. Had three to go went to Chapman. Service writer gives me a regular instead states his mistake and still have three if pay for the regular or lose a synthetic credit.

    Went in for next one and told had none time limit expired on them. He had same smirky attitude day gave regular instead that I paid for to keep my Synthetic credits. This happened ago and have never gone back again.

    The customer service over the phone is sub-par at best.

    I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and had a wonderful experience with the salesman and with the financial officer at the time of purchase. Had I written a review at that time, I would’ve given a 5-star rating. However,

    I’ve tried calling the dealer about issues I’ve had and every time I get directed to a different person or line that tells me they will call back when the person I need to speak to is in the office.

    The thing is, the person I need to speak to changes with each attempted call, and I cannot get my issues resolved or my simple questions answered. The customer service over the phone is sub-par at best.

    I feel a five star rating was well deserved.

    I should have given a one star rating, because of the lack of communication between the service writer and the technician or technicians that worked on my car. Being told your vehicle would be ready for pickup at 5pm. I rushed down there, to find out it is not.

    Then I was told I would have to come back the next day. But I chose not to give it a one star rating because Leo my service writer asured me he would take care of any inconveniences. With that being said, and Leo being a man of his word, he for filled all his promises. I feel a five star rating was well deserved.

    Purchased a Dodge Journey June new. it is now October 30th of 2018 and I have not received a copy of the contract for my records. No title with lien holder, nothing. Getting the runaround when I go in to talk to the Finance Manager, Nick Aliakbar, in Scottsdale AZ. There must be something they don’t want me to see.

    Even on the packet they gave me to keep with the vehicle it states I need to read the service agreement to see what it covers! Went on their chat sight and still waiting for a response. I thought car salesman and dealerships had changed in the last 20 years. Not with these people, really sad. They are not accredited by BBB. I see why.

    I took my Dodge Challenger for routine Oil Change and Tire Rotation today. I was told there was a “nail in my tire and it is not repairable”. They could not replace the tire as they didn’t have one in inventory (thankfully). I approached my car and noticed that there was no spare on the car.

    I thought that was odd as the nail was supposedly in the passenger/front tire. Heat and bad front tire seems like a bad mix. I took my car home and inspected the tire.

    There is a small, what appears to be puncture, on the tire. It is 1 and inches from the crown (outside edge) of the tire and is on the outside edge of the outer most tread ring. I get the policy that their facility will not repair it as it is outside the tread ring by about a millimeter. The problem is there is NO NAIL and my tire is NOT LEAKING air.

    unless you just have time and money to waste.

    DON’T go to their service department unless you want to be scammed! They will treat you like gold until you post a 5 star review, and they just put a band-aid on the problem. When the “fix” fails within 3 weeks and you go back, you will just get the run around! Two transmissions later and suddenly they say they no longer have any idea how to fix the issue, so it must be the way I drive the vehicle that is causing the problem. This is a Pacifica that has had the SAME PROBLEM since I bought it.

    And now suddenly they just day there is nothing they can do and recommend taking the vehicle elsewhere – after they’ve trashed the resale value by needlessly replacing two transmissions. Why not just admit that your service technicians CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT?? It never was the transmission in the first place and I told you that. Do not buy a Chrysler, do not go to this dealership for service – unless you just have time and money to waste.

    I purchase my vehicle at Chapman Dodge and had a great salesman. Unfortunately he left and I referred a friend to purchase a dodge truck at Chapman. Rudy was the salesman – I was told that a referral fee was going to be sent out. Well three months later NOTHING!

    I have been calling and calling about this for the past three months. Every time I call in I keep getting the run around from Rudy. He assures me that he’s going to be taken care of it and its being sent out that day.

    I would NOT recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from him! He doesn’t stick by his word and this is a person that I would want to do business with.

    Horrible. Salesman promised me great deal. I get down there and make the mistake of telling them I’m preapproved for 25k. So car that was 17,695k on the interest is now 17,995 upon arrival.

    I said that’s not a deal that’s more then Internet price and almost 3k in bs taxes. They also low balled my trade in value. They also showed me a kelly blue book for 20,049 for the car, but selling it for 21,995. Total bait and switch. Epitome of used car salesmen. Here are the taxes and bs fees.

    Everything from start to finish was seamless and my car drives so smooth again!

    Glad I made the call and decided to bring my car back to Chapman. I had just purchased it from their other location on Bell Rd. in Phoenix about a year and half ago so it was still under warranty. It needed some stuff done with struts, mounts, transmission and what have you.

    Bill Wardingley was the service advisor I dealt with. He handled everything from getting the claims filed, rental car on location, actually fixing my car and getting my car back to me 24 hours + later. Everything from start to finish was seamless and my car drives so smooth again!

    Thus, I took my car to Discount Tire nearby. They told me they’d gladly repair the tire if it actually required repair and said but it is not leaking and does NOT NEED TO BE PATCHED confirming what I believed to be true.

    Had a good experience with Chad as my service rep, he is the most friendly service rep I’ve had so far. I actually switched dodge dealerships because I wasn’t getting good service at the one in Tempe. I’m super happy with my experience here though, I’ll be back next time.

    Great service on our jeep. Lee Sorenson and Leo Leufkens are top notch. We had a carpet issue we took back to the original dealer in Avondale which was not repaired correctly.

    We called Chapman, explained the issue, and Lee said his team would take care of it. Dropped the jeep off to Leo and Chapman service did a great job repairing the jeep. We’ll be taking our vehicles there move forward.

    They are a scam.

    So, I brought in my Jeep to get a headlight bulb changed and look at the A/C as it was blowing hot air about a month and a half ago. They call me after doing an inspection and informed me that the radiator is also cracked and leaking.

    Thus, the complete radiator needed to be replace ($1,000). I told them I would like to hold off as that didn’t make sense for a 2013 Jeep. They proceeded to tell me it is very important to get this fixed as you don’t want to run with an overheated engine. My dad has run an automotive shop in CA for over 30 years so I always call to discuss with him prior to getting things fixed. A cracked radiator in a 3 year old vehicle made no sense to him (but possible) and advised me to get a second opinion. So,

    I brought my Jeep to get a second opinion at another shop in the valley, who notified me after testing for a day, they did not uncover any cracks or leaking with the radiator (through pressure testing etc.).

    Lets just say I will never take my car to this dealership again for service… They cannot be trusted. Please everyone go get a second opinion on recommendations from dealerships! They are a scam.

    Brandon was the best!

    Brandon was the best! I have bought many cars over the years and have never had a better experience. He went above and beyond to get us a smokin’ deal on the exact vehicle we wanted.

    The entire staff was friendly and helpful and the dealership is beautiful! Tons of inventory and if they don’t have it, they can get it and beat any other dealer. Trust me we shopped around and Chapman was the one who came through! Thanks Brandon and team!!
