Celestial Concrete will tell you how great they are, but they will not finish and will ask for money upfront and then not complete the job. I was stupid enough to believe them, but they talk a good game. That’s mostly what they do: Talk. I thought I was hiring a small concern, but they take big government contracts and then you’re put on the back burner.
There’s all kinds of reasons at first why they can’t finish — but when they run out of those, then suddenly the talking stops. You’ll beg, you’ll plead, but will hear not a peep. You are nothing to them. No respect. Absolutely no respect for the little guy. I signed on with them in mid-July, and it’s mid-November and it’s still undone. If my wasted hard-earned money can do anything at all, it’s to warn people about companies like this.
I called the guy I dealt with phone number, and he had a DIFFERENT NAME and DIFFERENT COMPANY on the voice mail. I then Googled and found a lawsuit with that company’s name in it. Ugly. Don’t do it don’t do it don’t do it don’t do it don’t do it. Let my idiocy be a warning to you!
Don’t do it! Go to someone else! Anyone else! Concrete is not that complicated! I wish I had gone with a local guy, but wasn’t sure he could handle it. Big big big mistake. He would have a) done a better job; b) done it for half the price (or less!) and c) with gratitude and respect for getting a job.
Don’t go with these guys! You’ll be very sorry
