Camarena Health

Came back and scheduling is HORRIBLE. Some times it’s difficult to cancel and appt, amd some times when you do have it canceled, it doesn’t get canceled and they send you a threatening letter staging you missed your appt and they won’t be servicing you anynore if it happens again.

I was booked an appt that I never made or my doctor never recommended.

All my favorite doctors moved to bigger better places. You always have to wait for long periods of time. I haven’t found a doctor I trust.

I had felt like the doctor at the country club location didn’t listen to me at all when I gave him a briefing of my history and recommended garbage medications that I clearly stated don’t work and I have been previously diagnosed.

  1. Not only was he abrasive and judgmental he told me I have generalized anxiety and prescribed me Zoloft.

I went here trying to get something to help me with my fear of flying so I can take a 14 hour flight coming up. The doctor that I saw Dr. Norman was incredibly unhelpful.

Not only was he abrasive and judgmental he told me I have generalized anxiety and prescribed me Zoloft. That is way too heavy of a drug for an incredibly minor anxiety issue. I felt really uncomfortable with him talking to me and he had this smirk that made me feel like he’s looking down on me.

My boyfriend had an even worse experience. He went in to get antibiotics for pink eye and a sinus infection that he’s had for two weeks. The same doctor told him to go see an optometrist and that there was nothing he could do. Really?!

My boyfriend has been trying eye drops and over-the-counter nasal spray trying to give himself some relief. The fact that the doctor couldn’t hear his major congestion and couldn’t see the redness of his eyes as an infection is really worrisome.

My boyfriend was not asking for drug handouts. He has been miserable for weeks and was finally hoping to get better. He ended up going to urgent care at a different place to get the help he needed.

  2. I will now be changing doctors offices.

They could certainly be worse. I have had plenty of decent experiences there. But someone somewhere there either needs help or retraining. I’ve had nothing but problems when it comes to referrals. I am beyond frustrated with this place and after 5 or 6 years,

I will now be changing doctors offices. This has gotten to be completely ridiculous. Blood tests do me no good when I can’t get the specialist meant to help me find out what is wrong. They need major improvements in how things are run.
