I thought against my gut feelings and I gave the place a chance anyway. I quickly found that I was so disappointed that Dr. Jin did not introduce himself, show me my x-rays, or even tell me what findings he had discovered about my cleaning/check-up. He did not personalize my visit. Even when I sat down, an emergency patient came in and I was told to move to a different chair in the middle of my own check-up. I had no place to put my bag in the first area, and in the second area it was shoved against their stacks of random things. So many things were stacked that overall, the office felt unclean, messy, and customer service with the front desk did nothing to recover for the aftermath relating to bills. They do not call back.
