I didn’t have a great experience working with Assurance Financial. Without providing too much identifying information, we had one request that we thought was standard but Eric acted unprofessionally (said another way, he scoffed at the request).
The first few options that he came up with to accommodate this request were not thought through very well; I felt like he was not listening or understanding why we made the request.
Assurance Financial support staff does a better job with customer interaction so the rest of the experience wasn’t too bad.
Overall score: like putting duct tape on a scab and then slowly peeling it off several hours later. Not in any hurry to work with them again.
