Ater and my information IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM, that raises a red flag. Everything I was told in the beginning by (the sales person) by the way I thought was the person working on my file.. was a complete lie.
Finally 30 DAYS later, I receive a phone call stating the company FINALLY REACHED OUT TO THE CREDIT COMPANY.
I still gave 700 plus credit the benefit although you would expect communication and NO DELAYS with a company you have paid 3x more for a standard of service.
When I went to the office to meet the person that I thought was working on my file.
After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, he walk right pass me and went to lunch without acknowledging me.
I was passed on to a new person (over the customer service department that didn’t have a clue about customer service) after asking very direct questions about the service she couldn’t answer one question for me but she was very quick to tell me she can not “tell me the process of how restoration process works because I’ll do it myself” after I asked for someone that could actually answer my questions with a higher level of customer service several times.
She sends her assistant manager in. I’m now asking for proof/notes what has been done to my account and no one can answer this question for me.
I may have asked this one question over 9 times of the conversation.
After clearly stating that I feel uncomfortable and due to the delay facts of my file and the customer service I’m receiving.
I’m considering canceling. I asked to speak to the office manager to only get the SALES manager.
She really tried to keep my business but after knowing that she will not be working on my file, someone (who over that person is) will not have the dedication to get me results.
Plus not having the respect from this company to talk to the actual Manger but one over sales.
I no longer wanted to work with this company.
After sitting in the office for over 2 hours with clear facts of dates, getting the run around by 3 different people (not the manager or the person that actually set my services and gladly took my money) out of the 3 different people, they all have different stories, nothing added up.
I asked for a refund to go to a company with better service than what I have received.
This company only offered half of my money.
Some would think that’s enough but when they HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I gave money and valuable time away.
Please beware and don’t put yourself in this situation.
You have a better chance of getting better communication, better customer service, not a sales person only trying to get some money for no work.
Please do not waste your time!
