Thomas Michaelides , TCM Law Group, filed a lawsuit in Las Vegas District Court, Case No. A-18-779028-C for defamation. Knowing he would lose the defamation lawsuit , he literally forged a court order and sent it to Google to remove negative reviews. Thomas Michaelides consulted with San Diego attorney Scott McMillan who also lost a similar lawsuit against a blogger. In that case, Scott McMillan , who once operated a law school out of his small office in a low income area of San Diego, wanted posts about the law school McMillan Academy of Law and a child molestation report about Scott McMillan removed. The federal court dismissed his lawsuit, then La Mesa attorney Scott McMillan lost the appeal.

Thomas Michaelides started the lawsuit over a $1,400 demand from a former client who was not happy with his representation of him.
