Let me be clear–they did NOT assist with the claim, nor direct us to the proper contacts. Riskguard Insurance Solutions were not friendly, nor could they get it together to “ask questions” professionally. (I’ve been in the business of asking questions for only… all of my life.) They left us more confused than before we called them.They have very limited hours.
They confronted my mother about my previous review, gave her a nasty attitude, and bullied her to the point she insisted I take my review down… all while she was trying to get assistance for a renewal quote or for an accident we were also not at fault.Side notes: My sweet, innocent mom flips people off with her thumb (because she doesn’t know which finger to use), and she never uses expletives. She thinks the word “suck” is one of them.
After her last encounter, she said this company SUCKS.I complained about the cab company here because when I called the other party’s insurance company, they said they’d already mailed the check. Still no sign of it. When I called every day after that, the person was on an extended vacation whose mailbox eventually got way too full to leave messages on.
No assistance in representation to recover money for damages.And why the heck are they constantly changing their name?
