Professional Account Management is a sham. They are belligerent and one of their reps was impossible to understand.
They billed me $51.50 for a $1.50 toll on the GSP that was actually paid and I have the EZ pass statement showing it was paid.
I told two women this but she said I still had to pay it or send in a letter, along with the entire month’s EZ pass statement and once they get all the info they will take 30-60 days to review it.
I said let me just scan it and email it or fax it to you. They refused.
I asked to speak with someone in the executive office and she refused.
I asked to speak with her superior and she said she had many.
I then asked to speak with any of them and she refused.
This company is a disgrace and I am filing a complaint
