So I’ve been with Presto Auto Title Loans since 2016. The customer service people are friendly, however the credit and or corporate experience is not either reading their emails or not getting the message from these customer service girls.
I keep receiving the ‘notice in my mail of my account is overdue? NO IT’S NOT-!
And each time I have to call in to let those customer service people know, that I’ve been paying my loan for the past 4 months when it’s due.
I’ll try to make sure that my loan is paid off. And when it does, I’ll be certainly sure that I’ll never get another one.
