Ok so today they can’t even find me in their system. Just like the last time they sold us a bad unit. yep, Pete admitted that the unit was defective from the start. Women DO NOT LET YOUR HUSBANDS CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!
they do not value you as a client. So here i sit for three and a half hours waiting for someone to arrive and i get a brilliant idea to call them so see how much longer. They don’t even know my address or my name. Well, I just found out that Pete was fired and that is great news for the company since he is such a liar and can’t produce .
So, here’s the problem. My husband decided to go with this company again. They kept coming to the house and just saying oh you are low on Freon. I would say how is that? where does it go because every year I had to fill up the Freon. So that is how we ended up getting this new unit. AND now guess what I need??? yep you guessed it FREON!! where does this go? is it an environmental Hazard?
I asked my neighbors how many times do they have to fill up on FREON and they told me I just bought my unit same time as you so far I’m good.
So, I spoke to this nice lady, Shauna , and she says they are going to wave the diagnostic and put dye in the system to FIND the problem. Glad to know there is a woman with brains looking into the problem. I’m actually excited that this just might work. Fingers crossed Pendulum kissed. Carmen McKell Mayberry
