Healing Solutions

Healing guys sell poorest quality guaranteed

I saw this brand named Healing Solutions when I was going through Amazon’s website. I was actually looking to purchase some oil for my personal use. As this was not my regular brand, I decided in remaining more cautious about the brand’s quality. I had knowledge about the companies that gives certificate to various oil supplying brands as such as Healing Solutions. Healing Solutions made their pictures look so lucrative that I fell in their trap. I bought some oil products from the same brand.

After the products were delivered, I started checking them. As soon as I started to check them, I realized what a big mistake I had made. First of all this brand had no certifications from any brands about their quality. IF you smell the oil, you would definitely puke. Generally oils are certified by companies such as USDA, ecoCert etc. But this brand had no certification. To ask the same question I contacted them through email. And waited for their reply calmly.

My patience, did not earn me any fruits and I was never contacted by them. To get to them on this matter, I wondered and tries Amazon Prime Services, if they had any clue about this brand. The seller at Prime Time Commerce, which is Healing Solutions, but having another display name finally replied and I was happy when they told,” we will get you back regarding this”. But my happiness did not last very long as here again my patience did not earn me any fruitful results. I was again disappointed by the brand.

I had the product, but I did not have any assurance from the firm about the quality it possessed. So I could not apply or use it for the purpose that I had brought it. That implied me to buy new product. I had already spend some money buying Healing Solutions product, so I could afford buying another one.

I got an idea, and tried to get their bottle of oil tested by a laboratory. I decided that it is better to study and judge their products by my own criteria as they were not going to answer anytime! The results were astonishing. I found that Healing Solutions, use a pesticide in their oils which they sell for various types of customers. This is so not legal. They also mixed some carrier oils, thinking that no one would ever come to know of it! This is so not legal either.

To mix carrier oils with essential ones is very dumb idea, it can cost someone’s life. That someone could never come to know about, why it happened and by whose fault it happened! Just because they show nice pictures do not fall for their trap.

Ask for a general certification by one of the two firms mentioned by me or do not buy their products. There are lots of good quality brands available in the market, do not fall for Healing Solutions. Be aware, the lesser their prices are, the poorer their products are.

Bait and switch. They are horrible! They advertise specific oils in their blends, however, what is received is not what is advertised. Amazon should be ashamed to support this unethical company.

Pure Sun Essentials Tea Tree Oil is illegally diluted

I bought Sun Essentials Tea Tree Oil (owned by Healing Solutions and Innitech) on Amazon.com. I knew it was diluted as soon as I touched it since it was greasy.

I had it tested in a professional lab. They determined that it was 90% Grapeseed Oil and 10% Tea Tree Oil. Not surprisingly Grapeseed Oil is a fraction of the price of Tea Tree Oil….

    Buyer beware

    Owned by scammer

I worked as temp and other worker said to me the owner had a scam business before. The place is crazy, and they mix chemical names for oils and some people get sick sometimes.

  7. Exposing Fake Essential Oils

Healing Solutions Essential Oil Review - Seller: Prime Time Commerce

We’ve been watching Healing Solutions since they first dropped on Amazon.
Selling fake oils under multiple Brands and Usenames to confuse customers. Dr Robert S. Pappas a well known Chemist and President of Essential Oil University exposed Healing Solutions back in 2017 View 2 Facebook post with lab results

So after being exposed by Dr Pappas they decided to clean up their act a little and sell pure essential oils under the brand Healing Solutions.

What many fail to realize is that Healing Solutions Operates under multiple brands and username to push their FAKE OILS .

Amazon Seller Name: Prime Time Commerce – Scottsdale, AZ
Ebay Seller Name: ScottsDaleWholesalers – Scottsdale, AZ
Brands – Healing Solutions, Sun Essential Oils, Pure Gold Essential Oils, Ola Prima, Artizen Essential Oils, Natures Star and Many More.

We believe that Healing Solutions cleaned up their act and now sell better quality oils.
But we cannot speak the same for the other brands that they own. We did a little digging and notice that 2 mayor brands on Amazon share the same address in Scottsdale, AZ.
Healing Solution and Sun Essential Oils Share the same address. Sun essential Oils only sells in large quantities. Rare oils like Neroli which wholesales for $4000 to $5000 a kilo ( 1kg = 35.27 oz.) can be purchased from Sun Essential Oils for 4 oz. Bottle $20 BIG RED FLAG !!!! But if you dig a little deep you can notice that all their oils are under priced by a lot. People open your eyes: Prime Time Commerce, Healing Solutions and all the other brands are operated by the same company and should be investigate thoroughly.

    Healing Solutions is a scam

They never sent out the products, no response on your emails and phone call.
    Don’t trust this website

  10. Ayra Bella

    Customer service is non-existent

If you like being ignored, you should order from this company. They sent me an oil I did not purchase under a completely different brand name and never returned my emails or phone calls. Regardless of whether their oils are quality or not, based on that alone I will never purchase from them again. Customers don’t appreciate being ignored; companies like that are sure to be scamming in some way or another.

Ordered two weeks ago, STILL not shipped

Placed an order for hand sanitizer two weeks ago. Tried to track it. UPS says the order was still not given to them to ship. Tried to call Healing Solutions – two of the phone numbers were answered by other companies who said the numbers were theirs now – third #, machine answers, does NOT say “Healing Solutions” or any company name at all, says to hold for agent who never answers. Tried to contact twice so far by email, nothing. Order total was $64.99, which they say they have already charged us. MIght not be so bad, if they were just running late and said so. But I got nuthin’ so far.

    VERY disappointed in this crap

When the pandemic began we had a difficult time getting hand sanitizer. I order this low quality “s^%$” and when I opened the bottle and tried it, I about threw up. I thought I was imagining it. My husband tried it too and said, UGH… it smelled like wet tree branches, the medication I take which is unpleasant and lingering stench. If I could give this NO stars, I would. I received one text asking how I liked the product, I said I wanted UNSCENTED as I don’t like the smell. I’ve emailed, I’ve texted, I’ve called, I’m tired of this and I’m angry. I’m shocked these fools are still in business. If everyone here reports them to BBB they can be stopped from scamming people.

Got their oils and after compare to other brands and some personal tests, I think their oils are suspicious…
