Why is it so hard to get good service these days? I haven’t even stepped foot in Dr. Ruben Chin’soffice and I am already getting bad service.
Getting through is easy enough it’s having the person on the other end understand you that is the problem.
I have been waiting for 2 days for someone to let me know whether they take my BCBS PPO Insurance and to book my appointment.
First time I called they said my insurance company was closed so they could not check (it was 2pm).
They took down all my info and said they would call me in the morning.
Next day I get a call and the girl has to re-verify my information cause she got it wrong.
I give her the correct information (2nd time) spell everything out and she said she would call me back.
3rd call back I missed so I call her back after my meeting…a man answers and I tell him the situation and he said she is still having trouble verifying my information, he then reads off my name (It was Wrong) my Social (it was wrong) and address (it was wrong) so for the 3rd time I spell everything out, say everything slowly and he said they would call me back.
It’s Friday 2pm…no call yet…I call back to see if they had verified my insurance yet…and the girl who does this is on lunch.
Let me guess…my insurance office is closed and I will have to wait until Monday Right?
Wrong!! My search for a decent doctor’s office continues…
