Been coming to Dr. Philip Lynn for over 2 decades. Nice doctor and listens to my concerns but his staff is unprofessional!
I recently switched insurance and his receptionist instead of helping me gave me attitude and was not cooperative at all!
She kept insisting that they don’t take my insurance when my insurance card clearly had Dr. Lynn’s information.
I even called my insurance to verify if he really does accept the insurance and she said they should.
The insurance representative requested to speak with her and she gave the same information and wouldn’t provide my insurance representative with a tax ID to verify the medical group that he is actually in.
After 2 decades of coming here, I’m not going to come back with that attitude!
Your staff needs an attitude adjustment if you want the business to continue.
