At first, David Murow was nice, pleasant to speak with and informative. He offered me a lower rate than what I already qualified for.
He did some research and offered me another loan program that he knew of, but at a slightly higher rate than his original offer.
He called me the next day and I informed him I was going to stick with my current lender.
He seemed a bit pushy, trying one last ditch effort to gain my business, which I understand is natural for the profession; however, he could not accept my “no” and rudely hung up on me.
In fairness, I believe a majority of loan/mortgage professionals will say and do a lot to gain business.
So for showing initiative and helpfulness in the beginning of our interaction, I’ll give 2 stars.
But then end of our phone contact would make me avoid his services in the future.
I guess I’ll check elsewhere when it’s time to refinance.
