Coast to Coast Lighting

Michael is a cheat and an interstate fraudster

Michael Hanna and his disciples including David, Joshua and Joseph are the biggest scammers one would come across. Everything that I have written in this complaint is completely true and they should be avoided at all cost. You can very well judge that after reading this post.

I ordered the landscape lighting worth $1200 through Michael’s company. I was charged right after I placed the order. They took the money from my credit card and send no information for next 10 days, neither any package arrived.

So, I called them to follow up on my order. Michael quoted that coincidently, he was just getting the packing out for delivery to my location when I called. What was he doing from last 10 days. Anyway, I did not say much. As per his commitment, the package did arrive on the 10th day of talking to him.

I had ordered for fixtures worth $119 and the package contained fixtures of each worth $24.95. There were 7 of them and there was one more item that I ordered, was missing. The package manifest said that the item was in the package and I was charged for it too. However, it was not there.

I called him, and he assured that he would correct his mistake and would be sending the package soon. Again, after waiting for next 10 days, I did not receive the package. I called again, and he started making excuses about holidays and staff leaves. I told him that if I did not get the tracking number by the end of that day, I would raise a dispute with my credit card company.

The same day, he sent me a tracking detail of a phantom package which was created only to get tracking number. He knew how to create an intercept on the package before he would have sent the package to my address.

UPS also admitted that it was an unusual process, but they were not in charge of investigating the shipper. I am not sure but doubt that interstate UPS shipping is a form of mail fraud and should be investigated as a suspected crime. One thing is very lucid that this company and Michael Hanna and his supporters who are mostly minors are involved in interstate crime.

I will never order from this company and would make sure that their truth reaches more number of people. It would be a waste of money and time and Michael will make sure you get irritated at the most.

Coast to coast Lighting is a complete ripoff. If you wish to save yourself from torture of being kept waiting without answers for the items that you have already paid for, run away in a different direction.

These guys are the worst of their kind and would make you repent your decision later. Michael is a fraud and his subordinates are criminals. You would regret associating yourself with his company.
