Northwest Mortgage Group, Inc.

Horrible Experience

We had a horrible experience with NW Mortgage Group in August of 2012.

We followed some bad advice from our broker, Jim Wagoner in transferring funds to make it clear the underwriter.

Unfortunately, we were not able to use those funds, and also had to produce paperwork multiple times because they were confused at what documents to look at.

One such example is submitting our tax records three different times, and after sending the same documents three times, they finally agreed to use them (why didn’t you use them in the first place?).

My wife and I were completely dissatisfied with their service, and their level of detail in looking through records.

Several times we were “denied”, but then after looking over our assets again, they finally claimed “Oh, we forgot you were using those”.

I have never seen such a ball drop in a mortgage company before, almost matching the level of disaster at Bank of America!

I would be very reluctant to use this group again.

  1. We're glad we chose them.

We recently completed a purchase on a home in which Mark Boeck guided us through the mortgage process. Not only was he personable and easy to work with, he provided full details of what to expect in the process and gave professional advise that was completely accurate.

He really seems to know his business, and working with his associates was a breeze. Feel confident in choosing this mortgage firm to work with. We’re glad we chose them.
