Aurora Financial

Aurora is unprofessional and manipulative company

Aurora Financial was the one that made me see the frustrations of choosing an amateur company.

With a good credit history and excellent relationships with finance companies, I have refinanced my mortgage several times without any hassle.

It was always a pleasant experience.

All they wanted was rejection.

I was repeatedly told by Janet Johnson that the loan was almost approved and that it is being held back to verify some paperwork.

Janet Johnson, my loan officer, was unprofessional and irresponsible.

They kept asking for the right paper at all times.

They were not given any instructions promptly, and they kept asking for them until the very last moment.

I was a good collaborator, and they got all that they wanted.

They called me at 4:00 PM on the day that was supposed to be the closing day.

The man on the other end told me that the person in my office wasn’t cooperating and that he was not providing the final paper required by the underwriter.

They requested that I communicate with them to get the form as soon as possible.

It was hard for me to get the paper right away because it was Friday.

They gave it to me because I had been with them for over 20 years.

That paper was written by the human resource secretary and signed by the manager.

That paper was promptly handed to me by the loan officer.

My office team informed me of the rude attitude of the underwriter.

They told me they had been writing the document since the morning and made changes as necessary.

After listening to their concerns, I was furious.

Later, I was called to finalize the loan at a different closing date.

The bad news was delivered to the loan officer and other members.

They mentioned inconsistencies in my loan application.

I tried to discover these inconsistencies, but I realized that they deliberately misrepresented my answers.

I had my credit report indicating that they objected to the loan application.

I could have gotten through the loan process much faster if this had been done.

It is challenging to work with the loan process because of the rude attitudes and inexperience of the people in the office.

They will make customers suffer and delight in their misery.

What great values Aurora instills in its employees.

It wasn’t very professional. I felt cheated and aggrieved.

They took my money and forced me to spend my time at work, taking no benefits.

Aurora doesn’t care about its customers and worsens by using them to learn their jobs.

I feel very disappointed that I decided that required me to pay so much.

I could have done more research on them and found many complaints.
