Keeler Dilbeck Realtors
Horrible ExperienceIt is unfortunate that Keeler Dilbeck Realtors’s reputation is affected by just one of its employees.
But that is the cold hard truth – your employees and agents are the face of your company.
I recently bought a house from an agent who works here; and my experience was horrible.
Shirley was rude, disrespectful and not helpful – when i expressed concerns about certain items that were not disclosed about the house she threatened that there were many other buyers lined up.
Even AFTER I had closed escrow she refused to give me the additional keys to what was now MY house, claiming that she “had no time” (I finally got the keys 10 DAYS AFTER i closed escrow) She even refused to take her sign off MY front lawn – making up that there was a ‘law’ that allowed her to keep it there for an additional 30 days!!!!!
The previous owners of the house were kind, generous and sweet, they gave me more information about their home than this realtor did.
If only they knew how Shirley was negotiating for their previous home; they would surely be appalled. The house sold itself – no thanks to Shirley.
I wish my home buying experience was a happy one; unfortunately, it was marred by a single individual who just made things too difficult.
The company is only as good as the "agent" but let me stand up for this company.
The company is only as good as the “agent” but let me stand up for this company. Having worked with Dilbeck Realtors for many years and good friend of Bruce Dilbeck I can tell you that one agent does not make a company.
Any and all companies have these types so don’t throw the baby out with the bath water… I’ve been selling real estate now for 31 years and now live in Cincinnati Ohio where yes we too have these nuts as agents now and then. Dilbeck Realtors as a company is a fine company and comment on the agent but don’t put down the company – please.
