There is no detail provided by the company’s website about the names of the owners of Westland Storage. The domain information has been recently updated. The domain (westlandstorage.com) was registered in 2005, however, the registration was updated recently on 9th May 2018. As expected, the registration is made private and I could not get the name of the owner of the domain.

The website that was redirecting to the unrelated business based in Michigan has been currently renovated on 27th April 2018. As per the Alexa estimation, the traffic started increasing on this website from the first week of May itself.

With all the proves available, it would not be a problem to state that the company has not even completed a month of its operation. However, it is claiming that it has helped its 8000 investors generate more than $33 million annually.

Also, it is noticeable that the incorporation of the company is done in the UK which is used especially by the scammers as it is easy to highly unregulated.

Talking about the products, the company has nothing to offer apart from the affiliate membership program. For joining this affiliate program, a minimum of $10 investment is required. One can use bitcoin, bitcoin cash, Litecoin, dash, Ripple, or Ethereum to make the payment on its platform.

The company is not transparent and cannot be trusted. In my opinion, I believe that joining a company that is not true to its investors is not a wise decision.

Westland Storage – Compensation Plan

The company encourages the affiliates to invest the cryptocurrencies in the promise of 1% daily ROI. As per the company, their investment scheme is pretty simple. The funds invested by the affiliates are used to buy lands and are leased. The profit is then shared with the investors in terms of ROI which is fixed at 1%.

Westland Storage – Referral Commission

Westland Storage uses uni-level compensation structure to pay referral commission to its affiliates. In a uni-level structure, an affiliate is placed on the top order and affiliates who are recruited directly are placed right under the recruiter on the next level.

For example, if the top affiliate recruits more affiliates, they are placed on level 1. Those who are recruited by the level 1 affiliates are placed on level 2 and so on. This goes on for an infinite series or until the platform keeps working.

The percentage of funds invested by the new affiliates are used to pay the existing ones. The referral commission is paid till the 2nd level of recruitment.

  • Level 1: 10%
  • Level 2: 5%

Westland Storage – Reviews

Thomas Horlings: False information on the website. Also, they say you can invest with 10 dollars as a minimum but when you want to invest you have to put 1000 dollar to begin. Also, the contact with the chat I get 3 different answers. So not a real good company.

Lepi Johnny: For all of you who don’t know about bounty WLS: you can’t do anything with that WLS until you actually deposit some crypto. Very clever Ponzi scam. The main goal is to attract as many people as possible to WLS thru TW, FB, YT so someone finally invests in this Ponzi. Best of luck 2 all.

The Conclusion from the above Reviews

As you can check out the reviews, it is lucid that there is something unusual cooking inside of the company. The investors are not happy, and some have even connected it to an old scam that existed before. You should be cautious with this company. It is entirely unsafe to invest in them.

The Verdict

The company has mentioned on its website that the revenue generated for the ROI comes from the real estate investment. However, there is no mention of any real estate ownership from any part of the world.

Moreover, the real estate ruse is very old and we have already witnessed companies operating their MLM scam under the pretense of real estate investment companies.

The ROI will keep rolling in until the recruitment will be active. Once the recruitment will freeze, the ROI will also stop. Because the company does not have any source for revenue generation.

The company also plans to bring tokens in the program. But the worthless ICO tokens will also have no value outside of the platform. So, it will be of no use either once the platform collapses.

As the platform will collapse, the anonymous admin will end their bait and switch scam and would run away. The investors who would join in the early stage may earn some profit but the majority of the investors will lose it all.

So, beware of this scam and do not let your mind divert you. It is better to find the genuine companies and investment plans rather relying on the flimsy promises of Westland Storage.
