PayNext Review: Lending Ponzi with Arbitrage claims

PayNext has completed its ICO and the platform is currently suspended due to issues with the internal exchange. Is this a signal for the collapse of the platform? The anonymous admins seem unresponsive on this.

PayNext whose domain (paynext.io) was registered privately on 20th November 2017 has not listed names of any individual associated with the company. I couldn’t find a lead about the company origination from the website as well as the domain information.

Hence, I checked with the Alexa estimation only to find that the largest traffic to this website (http://www.paynext.io) during publication was from India which was around 50%. In addition, the language options on the website are Chinese and English which clearly proves that the owners are either from China or from India.

The company offers nothing except the affiliate recruitment program. Joining this program requires a minimum investment of $100. PayNext also offers free membership but the perks of this membership are limited to the referral commission only.

If you wish to try, it is your call. But, I would suggest staying away from companies that are not transparent and can pose a great threat to your invested funds.

PayNext – Compensation Plan

Like many others worthless ICOs, PayNext also offers PET points that have no value beyond the company’s platform itself. These points are acquired by paying a rate of 0.50 dollars to 1.25 dollars.

These points are further lent back to the platform in the promise of great benefits in terms of monthly ROI which can go as much as 41%.

  • Plan 1: You must invest $100 – $1000 for receiving variable daily ROI for 295 day
  • Plan 2: You must invest $1010 – $5000 for receiving variable daily ROI as well as 0.1% daily bonus ROI for 235 days
  • Plan 3: You must invest $5010 – $10,000 for receiving variable daily ROI as well as 0.25% daily bonus ROI for 175 days
  • Plan 4: You must invest $10,100 – $100,000 for receiving variable daily ROI as well as 0.35% daily bonus ROI for 110 days
  • Plan 5: You must invest $100,001 or more for receiving variable daily ROI as well as 0.45% daily bonus ROI for 89 days

PayNext – Referral Commission

Through uni-level compensation plan, PayNext pays referral commission to its affiliates. In a Uni-Level compensation plan, an affiliate is placed in the top order. The affiliates who are personally recruited are placed directly under the recruiter.

For example, if the top affiliate recruits new affiliates, these would be placed on level 1. The affiliates who are recruited by the level 1 affiliates, are placed on level 2 and so on for an infinite number of rows.

PayNext pays referral commission for every level. The percentage of funds invested by the new affiliates are used to pay the referral commission to the existing ones.

  • Level 1: 9%
  • Level 2: 3%
  • Level 3: 2%
  • Level 4: 1%
  • Level 5: 0.5%
  • Level 6: 0.3%
  • Level 7: 0.2%
  • Level 8: 0.1%
  • Level 9: 0.05%
  • Level 10: 0.03%
  • Level 11 and onwards: 0.01%

PayNext – Reviews

Mark Wg: can i know how do i get the eth address for request to withdraw pls. i submitted my request to withdraw since 1jan 2018 until today its still pending. pls reply

PayNext

Eda Dinar: Hey! I have trouble using your exchange. I have emailed a couple of times but haven’t got through. Please assist.

The conclusion from the above Reviews

PayNext does not seem very much concerned about the problems with their platform and at the same time has failed to resolve the issues with its customers. I would suggest staying away from a company that is not transparent and responsive.

The Verdict

Like many other ICOs, PayNext claims to generate revenue through the arbitrage and trading with cryptocurrency through AI technology. However, there is no proof for the same provided on the website.

This leaves the affiliate recruitment as the only source of ROI. This makes this entire scheme nothing more than a Lending Ponzi Scheme.

Through the Lending Ponzi Scheme, the anonymous admins sell the pre-generated Points which have no value on the platform. As long as the recruitment continues, the ROI keeps rolling in. Once, the recruitment freezes, ROI stops, and these anonymous admins very easily take their leave.

If you would check the website, you will find a message flashing which suggests that there is some problem with the internal exchange and they would resume the operation at the earliest. However, this could be a signal for the end of their operation.

Hence, it would be wise to find other alternatives for investment instead of putting your hard-earned money into PayNext.
