StreamReward Review: Promise High Returns. Ultimately a Ponzi Scheme

StreamReward claims huge ROI which is paid to the affiliates after being extracted from the new recruitment. This does sound like another Ponzi Scheme in making. Isn't it?

The website of the company offers a lot of information about people from the top hierarchy as well as an address from where the company is operated. However, a close research will reveal that all the information posted on their website is flimsy and are made up.

Let’s start with the company executives that they have included on the website. None of the executive listed on the website have a digital footprint which is very unusual. Instead, these pictures seemed liked cropped and pasted on a white background which is also done very inefficiently.

The address that the company has mentioned on the website is of an address in the UK. By looking further into the detail, I explored that the address is a shared address and there is no actual office stationed on the given address.

The domain (streamreward.com) was registered on 25th November 2018. I also checked the Alexa estimates and the top three countries providing traffic to the website are: Russia, Japan and the USA. So, I believe that whosoever is running the company is operating from one of these countries.

There is no product of services offered by the company that can be retailed. The only possible way to be a part of this scheme is to join their affiliate membership. You can join the program for free. However, if you wish to enjoy the full participation, you must spend $20.

StreamReward – The Compensation Plan

The packages start from $5 and go up to $20. Each package offers a different ROI. The company utilizes 2×5 matrix plan to pay the compensation plan.

In a 2×5 matrix plan, an affiliate is placed on the top. This further houses for two positions making for two affiliate positions on level 1. Each of these two positions on level 1 splits into two more positions. Hence, level 3 has a total of 4 positions. Till five, the same pattern follows.

The returns are paid as the matrix positions are filled. To pay the compensation plan, three tiers are selected as follow:

  • Plan 1: Affiliate must make an investment of $5. One the sixty-two matrix positions are filled, the affiliate receives a $10,615 ROI
  • Plan 2: Affiliate must make an investment of $15. Once the sixty-two matrix positions are filled, the affiliate receives a $49,270 ROI
  • Plan 3: Affiliate must make an investment of $20. Once the sixty-two matrix positions are filled, the affiliate receives a “more than $60,000” ROI

StreamReward – Referral Commission

The company pays referral commission to its affiliates once the personally recruited affiliates invest in any of the packages listed above.

  • For $5 packages: The company pays a $2.50 referral commission
  • For $15 packages: The company pays a $5 referral commission
  • For $20 packages: The company pays a $7.50 referral commission

Please note that one can only earn referral commission for the package one has personally invested in. For example, if you have invested in $15 package and your recruitment makes a $20 tier investment, the referral commission will be passed on to the higher uplink who has made $20 investment.

StreamReward – Reviews

Jonathan: A scam. I wish I had never invested in this plan. A complete fraud.

Becky: If you want to save your money, stay away from this crap. Nothing new just another ponzi scheme.

The Conclusion from the above Reviews

The company is making plans to deceive affiliates and take away their money through advertisement of huge ROI. However, the reviews from the members say it all.

The Verdict

Here is a simple math. The company claims that the investment of $5 will make you $10615 through ROI commission. However, to get to that amount, a total of 2123 investments of $5 are required. This number is calculated without accounting the referral commission and other payouts. This clearly means that the company is not willing to pay its affiliates.

Moreover, the investment from new affiliates are used to pay the existing ones. What does this make the company? Isn’t this another Ponzi Scheme?

What if the recruitment will freeze? Once that happens, the company will stop paying ROIs to its affiliates. The once joining early who are no one but the admins not ready to disclose their identity would be making all the profit.

Other affiliates will lose their money and will never get it back.

Hence, I would recommend staying away from StreamReward. Or, you will lose all your money and would be accounted guilty for being responsible for others loss as well. So, take your call and decide for better.
