SpillOverBot Review: Traditional Ponzi Cycler

Spilloverbot is a Ponzi Cycler promising its affiliates for a potential $27,125 ROI. However, the profits are all reserved for the admins and higher positions.

The website of SpillOverBot has not much information about the whereabouts of the owners. However, it does provide a name. It says that David Fries is the director of the company. But the information is flimsy.

On top of that, the website uses a generic photo to represent the office. There is no social media access to the profile by this name. Mostly, this identity is fake and has no reference to the real profile.

While checking the details of domain registration, we were not able to find much information. The domain (spilloverbot.com) was registered privately, as expected, on 1st October 2018. However, there was one name that came in light as the registrar of the company. The name was of another company, Shinjiru Technology. This company has its operations in Malaysia. This signals that these both companies are associated somehow.

The products and services, as usual, are not available. Only affiliate membership is the way to associate with the company’s ROI program. To join the membership, one must but the $25 cycler position.

It is a typical Ponzi cycler scam and the company does not like to be transparent to its investors about the important details which do matter. It is not safe to invest in this company.

SpillOverBot – Compensation Plan

This company has a sever tier 2×2 matrix cycler. And, every member needs to purchase a position in this cycler to become eligible for the ROI.

In a 2×2 matrix, an affiliate is placed on the top and each position then splits into another two positions further. For example, the top affiliate splits into two position at the level 1. Each of these two positions further splits into two positions each. So, the level 2 has 4 positions in total.

The positions are filled as the subsequent positions are purchased by new or the existing member. Once, the entire positions till level 2 is filled, the commission is paid out after which the next tier starts.

  • Matrix 1 (Costs $25) – The commission for this position is $25 and it cycles further into Matrix 2
  • Matrix 2 – The commission for this position is $25 and it cycles further into Matrix 3
  • Matrix 3 – The commission for this position is $75 and it cycles further into Matrix 4
  • Matrix 4 – The commission for this position is $225 and it cycles further into Matrix 5
  • Matrix 5 – The commission for this position is $675 and it cycles further into Matrix 6
  • Matrix 6 – The commission for this position is $2100 and it cycles further into Matrix 7
  • Matrix 7 – The commission for this position is $24,000

This company also pays upline commission for the downline cycle. This happens for four level down the cycle.

The commission is paid as under:

  • After the recruited affiliate cycles out of Matrix 2 – $10 is paid to the recruiting affiliate. The second, third and fourth uplines receives $5 each.
  • After the recruited affiliate cycles out of Matrix 3 – $30 is paid to the recruiting affiliate. The second, third and fourth uplines receives $5 each.

Rex Dwayne: Nothing makes sense. It is completely a Ponzi scheme. Do not invest in this.

The Conclusion from the Above Reviews

The reviews clearly say that there is no gain in becoming an affiliate for this company. The plans are plain and simple. You need to invest first and then put others into the same mess for getting paid out.

The Verdict

As it happens with every cycler Ponzi Scheme. The company takes money from new investors and pays more and more to the early investors. This sure are the ones operating behind the scene.

It is not anything else that the Ponzi cycler where the preloaded positions enjoy the profit while others stay busy in paying for their own loss. In this plan, those who would be directly connected to the admins, mostly their known people, would receive the left overs and others would lose.

The affiliates are promised $27,125 ROI in potential profit. The 60% of commissions are paid to the upper tier who are the game planner. Others receive remaining 40% divided among them which comes to nothing as compared to the effort and money invested in the program.

Most of the affiliates would lose money once the cycler saturates which will happen sooner or later. After which, no one will receive the money promised and the admins will run away with a fortune to play another scam.

Hence, I would suggest to invest in a legit program instead of losing in the hands of unknown scammers.
