Customer Service.My $81,000 refinance has not closed for six months. Sometimes, hiccups can happen.
They are unavoidable and cannot be avoided.
These things were very understandable by me and not Zeus Mortgage’s fault.
However, I have not yet received final approval from them.
It is becoming increasingly challenging to reach Brian Noir (Sales Manager) and Jackie Sager, who seemed to have been so helpful in the beginning stages of the process.
I want to add that my credit score is 800 and that I make over $100,000 per year with no debt.
If they have this difficulty getting my loan approved, I can only imagine how difficult it must be for customers with less credit.
I would recommend that you stick with nationally recognized companies known for their customer service.
Sometimes, it is not good to sell your business to local businesses. This is why they cannot expand beyond their local market.
If you want poor service
Zeus Mortgage is the right choice for you if you look for poor service, gross misconduct, handling of your closing, lies and excuses, and delaying things. They caused me to lose money and I always blamed them.
Nobody answers your calls and the only person who does speak to you is vague and unfulfilled promises. Do yourself a favor, and call Zeus Mortgage instead of anyone else! !
Avoid these guys!!
They stole all my information, ran my credit report, and never returned my voice mails or emails. They are trying to steal my id tity. These guys are not to be trusted!
