Z57 cancellation policy is a scam

I still curse the day when I decided to let Z57 take care of the leads. My company was new and I needed leads to keep it going. I had searched about many companies on the internet and finally decided to go with Z57. That was the worst decision I ever took in my life.

I agreed for them to assist me in providing leads. They charged me $299 one time setup fee and I was put on a monthly subscription of $129. I asked them to put me for a plan of 6 months and if I liked their services, I would continue with them. They agreed, and we even signed the documents for the same.

In the first three months, I kept paying them the monthly fee for leads that were usually from realtor.com and other open sites which I could have used myself. I wanted the real leads which can be closed at the earliest, not some people enquiring about details for future investments. Even after continued complaints, they kept doing the same thing.

Their leads were worthless and not even one client was serious about buying or selling of the property. The forth month, my mother was admitted in the hospital. I was informed that she needed care and someone should be there with her all the time.

After this, I decided to close my business and stay at home taking care of my mother. For the same reasons, I called this company. I informed them that I would not be able to continue for their services as I am closing down my business and I was anyway not satisfied by their services. They tried to talk me into it.

But, I had no choice. If I had been in business, I still have not given them another opportunity to scam me. And, this time, it was an altogether different reason that I could have not avoided in any case. So, I completely denied and sent them a mail too requesting for cancelling my subscription with them. I asked them for the final amount which was not more than $129 and said that I would be paying and ending the contract.

They never replied to my mail. I thought that they have waved the last month’s fee as I was not using their services for that month. However, I was completely wrong again. How could they have left their money. I was billed $1080 for no reason and they had forwarded the case to the collection company. I started getting calls from them.

They kept torturing me until I changed my number. But, I am pretty sure they would find my number as they are experts. But, I would like to outline this fraud in the meantime to warn others. This company is a scam and they will make you pay for services that were never in the contract. Save your money and time.

  1. Total waste of money. My experience is the same as many of the other reviews I’ve seen posted online. Zero leads, zero new likes on social media, their drip campaign is AWFUL and their customer service is not the least bit interested in making any adjustments to any of their platforms nor offer a refund, nor offer any type of help. Their CRM is a total joke and does absolutely nothing to help in managing your client base. ZERO! My recommendation- steer clear. Don’t believe the hype. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money.

My friend worked here and she quit only after a week. She said that she was asked to lie to the clients. She did not like the idea and chose to quit.

According to her, the company uses unethical practices to lure customers and then charge them more.

    It is a rip off.
